Wonderful quiet spot to relax. The pool was relaxing. Would stay here again.

This condo is comfortable and in a great location with beautiful views.
We had a fantastic stay! Our family of five (2 adults and 3 older teens) found this condo to be absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated having two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer—it made our stay so comfortable and convenient.
The condo was thoughtfully stocked with beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and a cooler, which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed relaxing at the condo pool—it was a great option for downtime between beach trips. The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the beautiful south side beaches and great restaurants.
The property manager was also wonderful—very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions about the parking pass and door key.
We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!
The condo was in a great location! They're was pleanty of space in the home. They're were minimal supplies in the home. We didn't have air conditioning for the first 24 hours. I did have to call multiple times and had 2 different maintenance people visit before it was fixed. When the windows were left open, due to no a/c, we did have cockrachs in the kitchen, otherwise it was clean.
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the property is excellent. You are near all the restaurants and beaches. The view from the property is beautiful! Everything is well manicured and we did see some turtles swimming in the ocean from the back of the property by the water. My only complaint is the condo is under renovation and I wished it would have been disclosed in the details. The project appears to not be completed. Upon request, Vacasa did address our concerns promptly and satisfactory. Thank you for letting us stay here and experience Poipu.

Great beds plenty of room and beach essentials. Nice to have laundry and full kitchen. Close to everything.
The unit is spacious and had all of the necessary items for our stay. The grounds are very private and relaxing. The air conditioning system works great. We will be back next year.
Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Great location! Only 10 minute walk to beaches for excellent snorkeling and body surfing. We hope to return!!
What a perfect home base for enjoying this magnificent island . We had three couples on this trip , and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well equipped . But you may not want to cook with all the amazing restaurants in nearby Poipu and Lihue . You are a short walk from beautiful Poipu Beach. Great swimming , amazing sunsets , and sea turtles every evening !

The unit was stocked adequately. It’s a little dated and could use some updating. Beds were comfortable.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised to snacks and Kauai coffee when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. The place had salt and pepper, snorkel gear for at least 1 person (we didn't dig in too much to see if there were more), pool noodles, enough pots, pans, dishes for light cooking for a family of 6, water pitcher, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, lotion, sunblock, aloe vera, and tide pods. The doors and bathroom tiles could use an update and we wished there was more counter space in the bathrooms. The oven was not working when we arrived but someone came by with a brand new toaster oven which was a nice touch. The dishwasher was working however it's not secured in place so it tips when we tried to load/unload dishes. The handle for flushing the guest bathroom doesn't seem to quite work as well (it doesn't pop up when you push it down to flush). Walking to Poipu beach was about 16 minutes which was a lot for our 5 and 7 year old, but doable for the adults. Beds were super comfortable and the pillows were just right. We loved the view of the ocean and the pool/hot tub was great. There was an issue one day with water being shut down during the day for the whole complex, which was annoying, but we just made it a day to explore the island. The kids also appreciated all the games (uno and apples to apples). I wished there was a step stool for the kids to use at the sink. AC was a plus and necessity for us. Mahalo for everything.
The condo is a perfect size for 5-6 people. 3 bedrooms sure.makes a difference. Great views from the Lanai and and easy stroll to the ocean. Plenty of sea turtles and amazing sunsets. The pool and spa are fantastic. Close proximity to just about everything. I felt the condo could use some updating and we did have a few maintenance issues. The maintenance issues were resolved quickly. Overall, it was clean and well equipped. Mahalo!
We loved the floor layout, good size apartment for all of us to have our own space and also have a good common area to hang out together and play games. We got to see a beautiful sunset every night. We needed a little bit more air movement to stay cool at night.

Loved the location (great hiking to beaches, etc) and property…no waits for pretty much anything at the pool, hot tub, grills. Place itself needs serious attention with old everything, broken stuff, clogged stuff, etc…a shame
Our trip to Kauai was splendid! The condo itself was decent, but Vacasa management was disappointing to work with. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the location and the check in process was easy. However, we noticed the first evening that the air conditioning was not working. Upon messaging the Vacasa team, they assured us someone would come look at it. No one came to repair or correct the AC unit, so we reached out again. After slow response with multiple customer service people, they finally offered us an additional floor fan. We said we would like that as it was rather uncomfortable in all three bedrooms overnight. They never brought the extra fan. It has been very hard to reach any of the customer service team aside from the automated text responses. Once our stay was over, and we reached out again, they determined they would issue us a small refund. The amount was $4/day per person that stayed. We are disappointed with this response as we specifically searched, and paid more for, a condo with AC while on Kauai. The condo itself is very spacious, well decorated, and beautifully located. It could use better stocking; for example there was very cheap and minimal cooking utensils - can opener broken, etc.). But the beach supplies and quantity of towels was wonderful to have. The neighbors were friendly and pool was a nice amenity. All in all we would recommend this condo again, but would tell future travelers to be mindful of the management company!
Location was perfect for our stay. Property was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Walls, though, are paper-thin and everyone's comings and goings can be heard way too clearly. Loved access to walking trails and to beaches.

I have been using VBRO (and formerly HomeAway) for over a decade and have always had very positive experiences. No complaints with VBRO. However, this property was the first I've ever rented that was managed by Vacasa, vs a private owner, and this is my first bad review. The condo property itself & location were nice. However, I've never been in a unit that was so poorly stocked. We were a party of 6 staying 8 days and were provided just 3 kitchen trash bags, one roll of TP in 1 bathroom and 2 rolls in the other. Only 5 coffee mugs. There was one pasta pot (fine) but every other pot & pan was about 6", barely large enough to cook or 2. More troubling was, we went to use, what was a large, nice rice cooker only to find it had been put away, uncleaned and was moldy with rotten rice and infested with little flies. I called/texted the numbers provided for local assistance but received no response. Only after messaging via VBRO that I received any response and then it took over 48 hours to come pick up the cooker (which we put on the porch) and replace it with a tiny one. I also texted the local contact about more trash bags, but never received a response so we improvised with our opened Christmas boxes. The master bath also has no actual towel bars but just cheap Command strip hooks so towels never dry. Master bath shower fixtures also old and corroded with a handle missing. Long story short, I will continue to rent via VBRO but never again a Vacasa managed property.

This condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Great location in Poipu. Super comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool. The location at the southern-most point on the island allowed us to view sunrise and sunset!

We had a great vacay! There were 6 of us adults.
Very comfortable place for everyone. I’m giving 5 stars for location and amenities. I’m giving 4 stars overall, as this unit needs alot of upgrading. The dishwasher was broken, but one is on order, We found the lanai very warm from the air conditioning unit blowing warm air. Having said that I would recommend this place. The pool was great and the views are amaze balls!
