This newly renovated, ground floor condo is 50 steps from one of the best looking pools on Kauai. Only steps to bar-b-ques, beach and pool. The condo is blessed with great sunset views then shade in the afternoon  and the lanai has the sounds of the ocean waves kissing the shore.
Access to the condo is by a nearly private pathway to and from the condo that is away from parking lot . Watch your family from your lanai while they swim and play in the heated pool or run around our nicely manicured lawn. Our condo is decorated in an old world, yet tasteful Hawaiian style and the kitchen is well stocked for people who like to cook and grill
 Enjoy the flat screen TV, incredibly comfortable king size bed,  Murphy bed in living room, coolers and beach chairs that all ready for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Pack and Play cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis upon request....

Perfect location! This property is central to all sightseeing spots on the island! The view is magnificent! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed from beach equipment to kitchen equipment. There were only 2 issues- the mattress is terrible! Extremely uncomfortable! The AC is only in the main bedroom and while that is common with properties, it wasn’t clearly stated on the listing. Fortunately they provided several fans which really helped.

I would’ve liked a more accurate description of what was described as a ‘air conditioned’ condo be more accurately described as a portable unit inside the bedroom only.

Would stay at Lae Nani over and over again! The lush landscaping gave us the tropical, island vibes we had been dreaming of. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into each amenity in the property. They really thought of everything—- a bucket to wash our sandy shoes on the lanai, a coat hanger for our many towels, beach chairs, band aids, sand toys, really everything that a family needs/wants. So glad we chose to stay here it really made the trip so homey.

The location of this property was perfect! We enjoyed exploring all of Kauai using the condo as home base. Having shops and restaurants in walking distance was amazing! The condo was very well stocked and we really appreciated that there was a cooler for guest to use. Definitely would stay here again!
