Waikiki’s best beaches, the world renowned International Marketplace, amazing restaurants, heated night life, Kapiolani Park, and the Waikiki Aquarium are all within a short walk! Public transportation such as The Bus and Waikiki Trolley frequently stop right next door for attractions that might be a little further than a walk. Don’t forget to try one of the islands best steaks at Hy's Steak House located right on property.

    Want to eat in? This condo has a nicely equipped kitchen complete with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and includes all the utensils needed to cook and eat. Feedback from our guests shows that this is one of the best ways to take control of your vacation budget!     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was just like the pictures, clean, well equipped. Rental company was easily accessible and responsive, only had one very minor issue and was resolved within a couple hours. Highly recommend this unit, great location off of Kuhio, close to everything. I would highly rRecommend this unit.

    Spacious, parking included, scenic. Highly recommended though a bit on the expensive side considering the length of stay (35 days).

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my family recently stayed in this 3 bedroom apartment in Waikiki Park Heights. The apartment was big with plenty of room for a family of 4, and the location was perfect. Also there was a washer and dryer in the apartment which was very convenient. And that is about the positives about the apartment. On arrival we noticed that there is human hair all over the apartment and on the sheets. We even found a ball of hair and dust on the side of the bed. We rolled our sleeves and clean as much as possible. Also even though we had washer and dryer, the knob for the temperature adjustment on the washer was removed, so we did not know what temperature we are washing our clothes on. There were 3 TV in the apartment, but the one in the living room did not have sound. So, we called costumer service for this one and they tried to fix the problem but it took 3 days and 2 different people to fix it. Finally, one day after we came home we found a big pool of water in the hallway. The ceiling was dripping. We called again, they sent somebody and he said everything is fine, this is just condensation from the AC. So, we needed to turn the AC off during the day and the problem will be gone. Unfortunately it did not and the ceiling kept dripping to a point we needed to put a trash can underneath to collect the water, so it doesn’t flood the apartment. And with AC off for most of the time in a concrete box. Imagine that. I kept calling management because I was afraid that there is a wiring on the ceiling and this potentially could be dangerous, but nobody came after that. For reference I needed to toss the water out of the can at least once a day. We needed to leave the apartment about 10 days earlier, so I don’t know if anybody went to check on it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decently sized condo, but there is only 1 bathroom in the condo, so if you have more than 2 adults staying, it could be a problem. It is in a great location, close to beach and lots of restaurants. There is a wonderful view of the beach, and 2 lanai’s. Property maintenance is very responsive.At the price we paid ~$5k/30 days, this place was a good value for Waikiki standards. I saw the price is increasing drastically ($7k+/30 days) and that would NOT be a good value, especially with only one bathroom.Originally the ad claimed this came with a parking space - which is the only reason we rented it. Then when our stay actually arrived, no mention of our parking space was provided in our check-in instructions. We contacted the owners with no response. We finally received the assigned parking stall information from the security guard. After that, someone would randomly be parked in our assigned parking spot - frequently - making us believe the property owner was also separately renting out the parking space.The internet did not work, but was fixed within a day by maintenance and Spectrum. The sound on the living room TV doesn’t work when trying to watch Netflix. One of the shower heads does not have hot water coming out of it, maintenance attempted to fix this, but was never able to during our stay because they had to order parts.Overall, we would stay here again at the current price, if we needed to be in downtown Waikiki again.
