Great location, everything i can think of is included. However bed was too hard and the kitchen sink stank. But that doesn’t affect the rating. One Star down is the communication with the landlord. On the last week of our three week stay, we can smell someone was smoking(Cigar or weed) in 2504A, it was getting into our studio. Contacted Bear(owner), and he fail to respond. Also would have like someone to service the studio on a weekly basis. Washing clothes was a delight. Only cost 75 cents to wash and 25 cents to dry

Perfect location! Room has great view & sufficient for our needs. Pool & hot tub are great added features. Other residents were kind & friendly. Enjoyed the nightly music from neighboring hotel entertainment. Arrived an hour early & owner allowed us to enter the property.
Simple and cozy, quiet and a great location.
The studio apt. has a beautiful view of the beach and everything you need for a stay in Waikīkī. Everyone in the building we met in the building were friendly. The only negative was the mattress on the bed is not very comfortable, but the couch is. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
It was great to have a different experience with accommodation. The view of the beach and then the mountains was beautiful
Overall great location, as this was Waikiki's first highrise condo. The room in minimalist, but when in Hawaii, I never intended to spend a ton of time there anyway. The bed is a pull-out couch, and I found the mattress sufficient. Very low friction stay overall.
Bear & Cindy's studio has everyrhing you need. Just bring some clothes & aloha & you will have a wonderful time. You can walk everywhere & if you need the bus, it's a short walk.away.
The owners are.very kind and approachable. Everyone we met in the building was very welcoming! Highly recommend!!
Unfortunately, I broke ribs. It was a little tough as far as moving around, but that wasn’t the fault of the property person, and since we end up spending more time than we thought, it was very convenient to get to places on the bus everyone on staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Very nicely appointed studio in an excellent location. Lots of goodies to make your stay comfortable. Walk to the beach and a great view of Waikiki. Studio is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is laundry service on the 2nd floor. The Host/Owner is very communicative and nice.
The location the room and most of all the host and his wife. Awesome experience.
Incredible property & value. The 25th floor view out of two large adjacent windows is breathtaking. Steps from Waikiki beach & all nightlife. Great hosts!
