This condo was AMAZING!! Absolutely exceeded our expectations which I feel like is typically hard to do. The location was awesome and so close to everything, the view from the balcony was beautiful with the golf course and a partial ocean view, it was super clean inside and there was everything you could ever need! We took advantage of the snorkels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards every day which was awesome!

This place was just what our family needed. Space to spread out in a great location near all of the attractions off Poipu. Having enough beds for 6 people was the main clincher for our booking. Management was great and quick to respond to any question. The property was clean and well maintained. The only reason we docked it a star was parking and AC. We were given access to a garage for parking but since we had a full size SUV we couldn’t fit the car into it which left us needing to park in a visitor spot which were often full and left us circling the neighborhood for awhile. The other is was the AC. This is a two story condo that has its bottom floor on the second level of the building. So the upstairs can get warm & the AC wasn’t cooling it the first night. However once we started closing a vent in the downstairs living room everything cooled off much better. Again, this was a great place to stay with the simplest check-out procedures I’ve ever had in a VRBO. (Just take out the trash). Would choose to stay here again.

We loved having a kitchen and laundry in the unit. It made things so much easier for our family of 5. The unit was clean and inviting and we would absolutely stay there again!

Clean apartment, nice neighborhood, easy parking for the rental. They have chairs and an umbrella you can bring to the beach. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. :)

This place was even better than the photos. So large and can sleep many people. The community was great and came with several amenities. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Quite and clean place, spacious for 5 people, had everything we needed. The only drawback is parking, we couldn't fit our mid size SUV into the garage, but were able to find guest street parking.

The rental was clean and very comfortable! All the comforts of home! The only complaint we have is that it was very upsetting that the ironing board cover was in need of replacement! Such a minor, yet very important amenity. It was so difficult to even lightly press port clothes that needed it.

We had a great time. The place was as expected on a good way. If there was any slight issue they went above and beyond quickly to make our stay comfortable. Beds were super comfortable, area was quiet, pool and hot tub wasn’t crowded and perfect temperatures.
Beautiful property, exactly as listed. Amazing pool as well. Unit was clean and gorgeous. Had the best vacation ever, and this place was a big part of it.
Went for a short golf trip, the condo was clean and mgmt company left clear instructions. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit but it's conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Had a nice welcome basket with snacks. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Koloa.

Pros: Great location and great size. Family of five and everyone had a bed. Lots of towels which was great. Downstairs AC was definitely nice. Property mgmt responded quickly when needed. Pretty sunset views off lanai. Beach chairs and boogie boards were great. Cons: more roaches than I was comfortable with. I would say borderline infested. I could see in the kitchen where they were staying. Saw no less than 5 adults a day and many babies. One in the bed at one point. The twin beds were super hard and had zero comfort. The breaker for the downstairs bedroom tv kept tripping even when nothing else was on. Had to turn breaker for oven off because it kept randomly turning on and would start beeping in the middle of the night. Garage parking only works if you have a smaller vehicle. Our minivan wouldn’t fit. I wouldn’t stay here again. I can handle bugs, I get the weather makes it common but this was absolutely disgusting.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were a few issues but the management company was quick to respond. The AC can not go lower than 72 which is probably not an issue for most but I would have liked to have had that info before booking. The oven was not working and was beeping and the light kept coming on and off for days. There were also several bugs inside the unit. All small issues and did not ruin our stay. The location, the property, and amenities were great. The bed was comfy but the upstairs gets warm. This unit fit our family of four very well.
Pros: Like the title states, great location and plenty of space. The complex was very quiet as well. The beds were very comfortable and we had enough towels. The washer and dryer came in extremely handy. Beautiful unit.
Cons: Apparently there had been a sizable leak from the pipes before we had arrived. Drywall had been cut away and patched in several places. While we were there, several workers had to come in and out for this situation. Also, the 3rd night there, our a/c stopped working. It was very hot with no breeze. They could not get it fixed right away so our a/c was out for 2 nights. So, we had even more people in and out of our unit when we were there or not there. I do realize maintenance needs to happen but it just seemed a bit invasive in this unit. I don't like my personal belongings being moved around especially when i am not present.
Again, very lovely unit in a fabulous complex. I would probably prefer to stay in a different unit next time with different management.
Condo was a perfect location if you don't mind driving a few minutes to the beach....or you could walk. Well provisioned unit.....nothing was left to chance from cooking, to cleaning to using the beach chairs and boogie boards. We would rent the unit again.
We had to do a little hunting in the dark as the letters on the units were not very visible. We didn’t find the garage until the next morning.
The rental agency was very responsive to our requests.
This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with extra space in loft for 3rd bedroom area for stay in the south side of island. Close to Poipu beach area and easy driving to other island activities. Decent amount of kitchen supplies and had cooler, chairs, umbrella, caddy, boogie boards and beach towels so you don’t have to bring your own. Only dislike was not a lot of living room seating and the deck is small - Not large for gathering on but other than that great place to stay.
