    Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
    Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
    Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
    Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
    No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
    Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
    Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
    Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
    Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
    Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
    BBQ: Community BBQ's near the pool
    Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

    Waikoloa Beach Villas A23 is located in the A Building. It is a loft style floor plan. Upon entry to the unit, you will be going up stairs to the second floor to reach the main living area, kitchens, master suite, guest bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer. The upstairs loft space is ideal for a little getaway. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

    Good location although getting in the gate can be tricky with traffic (it is just as you enter resort area and a sharp right so it can be tough to align properly for the key pad). Unit is a good size and nice layout for privacy in each room for guests. This place would work well for a family traveling with kids or two couples with a kid or two. Located near the pool which is convenient but not too loud or annoying. Lanai is rather small, has a table and chairs but it is tight fit for four or six people. Recommend the owner invest in some decent pans and knives, it was a challenge working with the items in the unit. Although the kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, it has basic cooking supplies at best (oil, salt, pepper). Queens market across the street has everything you need for a great stay including wine and all the deli selections you can imagine ! One note for the managers, the clothes washer needs some attention, very musty smelling and we decided not to use it at all. All in all, a good spot for exploring the kona and waikoloa areas of Hawaii. Easy to get around Waikoloa Beach and close to everything you need for a fun vacation.

    Unit was perfect for our family! We had to abruptly change plans due to the fires on Maui, and stay on the Big Island for our entire trip. We were lucky to find this available. Spacious, clean, and very well furnished.

    Unit was perfect for our family! We had to abruptly change plans due to the fires on Maui, and stay on the Big Island for our entire trip. We were lucky to find this available. Spacious, clean, and very well furnished.

    I would definitely come again to this property. Two things though.1) the kitchen trash was 2/3 full when we arrived. So someone forgot to empty the kitchen trash.2) the washing machine smells like mold. It needs to be attended to. Thank you.
