The place is even better outside than in the pictures. I love the location, the spaciousness, and the comfort of the place. The manager is very friendly, responsive, and supportive, which really helps our travel experience.
The condo was clean, comfortable and family friendly. We were with a large family group, all staying in different condos within this community.

We stayed at this property in late February and early March of 2024. Initially two others joined us for the first six days of our two week stay. We all enjoyed the condo and found it to be very clean, well supplied and comfortable. The pictures shown accurately portray the conditions we found on arrival. We have rented six other condo units at three other complexes in Waikoloa Beach and this was up to the high standards we expect there. The only criticism is some things like; carpets, window coverings and cupboards are showing signs of wear.The property reservations manager, Michelle of Kohala Coast, was excellent. Very professional, accommodating and readily available. We cannot recommend her highly enough. We will surly contact her first on our next trip to the Big Island.

The location was good for visitors that don’t drive the island much. Condo needed some attention such as repairing the ceiling on the lanai, steam cleaning the rugs, lightbulb in the frig, cleaning the oven. One pool for the complex of condos was “uncomfortable “.

Beautiful location, property outside beautiful. Unit outdated but clean! Vertical blinds missing in spaces for privacy, might be a good place to start on update. Loved the beach toys to have access to.
The property is very beautiful and the grounds are excellent. The pool, fitness center and grills got good use from us. The property is close but not too close to the things we wanted to do. Our unit was very nice and clean except for the carpeting. It needs replacing. As a whole, everything was nice and I'd recommend it.
Overall our unit was very nice. Great room sizes except the kitchen which could accommodate just one cook. The lani was roomy with a wonderful view. The kitchen cookware was in terrible shape and needs to be replaced with new and better quality products. Dishes, silverware etc, were adequate. Cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. All in all we were quite happy with the unit and would rent it again,

All the appliances are outdated and some are in dire need of repair, detailed in these notes: — There is a note on the clothes washer that the hot and cold water lines are switched, so to wash in cold water you have to set it to “hot.” But you can’t set the rinse temperature, so all rinses are done in hot water.— The air conditioner runs on a timer that can only be set for 4 hours. So you wake up in the middle of the night sweating because the AC has gone off and you have to get up and go into the living room to set the timer for another 4 hours.— The master bedroom toilet exhaust fan comes on with the light switch, and it is so loud that it wakes up anyone who happens to be asleep in the bedroom when it is used.
Had all the amenities, great location for a quiet family stay!
