Loved the place. Grocery store within walking distance. The place was very clean and inviting. Loved the fact that the place was well supplied with essentials, bath supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies. So many times when using vrbo the supplies are minimal. We really enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course. The beds were comfortable and the linen supplies plentiful. Nice layout. Would stay again. Host very resposive and friendly.
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable and had many thoughtful amenities. Local shops were close and accessible. Being on the golf course felt very peaceful and we saw a lot of wild life. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!
Kitchen was fine— all things that we needed were there. Tge cabinets were high so, both of us being short, had a little trouble getting glasses, etc. But nothing to do about that. We didn’t have a chance to use pool so cannot evaluate that.
This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a close up view of a lovely golf course. No A/C, but fans in every room and two standing fans to cool the area. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtfully supplied a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, and even a beach umbrella! There is a nice grill, tables and chairs for enjoying the back lanai. The only thing that would make it better is if the groundskeepers didn't have to start tending the grounds so early in the morning, but that is not the owners fault. The view is gorgeous, and you can watch the sunset from the living room window. That view is probably due to all of that groundskeeping! I would recommend this property to others, and would happily stay here in the future. The owners were very responsive any time I texted to ask a question.

This condo is very clean and has high quality furniture and amenities. I loved watching the sunrise and sunset with the turkeys and other exotic birds right on the golf course. I was extremely comfortable and well rested which made adventuring in Hawaii enjoyable. The host was very friendly and her little touches made the house feel like a home. Thank you!
My husband, adult son and I spent close to a week in Hawaii. The condo was very pleasant and the hosts were very accommodating. Enjoyed eating out on patio & all the birds——turkeys too!!!
This was our 7th stay on the Big Island and our second stay at this particular property. It definitely will be our continued choice for any future trips to the Big Island. This condo was great. It is clean, has a great kitchen with lots of spices, dishes etc Perfect for cooking meals and the grill is a bonus.The area is quiet and the lanai was great. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of beach gear. Loved the location and would stay again .
The Condo is very clean and well equipped. A short walk to the grocery store and drive to the beaches along the coast.The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.Would highly recommend.
The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. One negative, however, was the dishwasher did not operate, and who wants to do dishes when on holiday?
Exceptionally nice 2 bed, 2 bath ground level condo. My wife and I were both very impressed with the overall quality of the unit. Very well apportioned, clean and quiet. Great view of the golf course. Only a block or so away from a busy KTA store for grocery runs.
I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Its location was good for checking out the Kohala part of the island. Mary and Martin's communication was excellent and they were great hosts.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. All the furnishings are lovely, the golf course and the vegetation all around were green and beautiful. Very comfortable condo in a quiet, nice area. Both bedrooms are quite large. The grocery store a few blocks away had everything we needed.

Our stay at this property was very good. The amenities were amazing! We have not rented a condo/home with such attention to detail. Kitchen was outfitted nicely including spices and other extras. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkeling equipment were all provided. We loved the sun shades protecting the lanai. Towels and bed linens were abundant. Overall, a great choice for golfers or anyone seeking peace and quiet!

This place is ready to vacation. Just bring your beach wear. It was set up to cook, bbq, relax, watch the sunset, and had all the beach toys and towels right there. Super comfortable. Clean. A great find

This property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to our activities, though quite remote from Kona. Adequate shopping facilities are close by. What was exceptional was the communication with the host, who even offered to do our laundry as the washing machine had broken and was not yet replaced. Polite and courteous to a fault! We missed having air conditioning (which I failed to note in the listing), but didn't really need it, even in August, due to the breeze and elevation. We highly recommend this property.
