Condo has a pool and is adjacent to beach. There was assigned parking but not sure if there was guest parking. Our guest parked at the beach. The condo had no air con but there was enough air flow with the lanai screen doors open and the screen door at the entrance of the condo. Master bedroom was ocean side with a comfy king bed. Other room had a full size bed and closet had beach gear. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel was provided but good to bring your own. It was nice to have a box of cookies waiting for us and single pack coffee for the perc. There was no condiments which would have been nice like the basic, salt, pepper, oil. Had a problem checking in. Keys werenʻt in lock box. Room not ready. Was able to communicate with Vacasa and home owner though and resolved it. Overall, well pleased with condo.

Right next to Charles Smith Beach Park. Water is always safe due to several protective reefs. But, due to many springs, water is cold.

This place is nice but be aware there is no air conditioning. We tried to stay but the heat in Hilo was hit and because of the high humidity, my friends DexCom insulin pump quit working. We couldn’t stay at the place due to the heat. We were able to find a place with air conditioning and loved Hilo. The company worked with us and did a partial refund.

Everything we needed was provided including beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment needed to cook meals for our group of three. The seating was well arranged and we did not feel crowded. Although no AC there are enough fans to who with airflow besides the open windows allowing for a natural breeze. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo in Hilo. My family loved snorkeling in the beautiful lagoon and our kids enjoyed the pool. The condo was well-stocked with supplies. The only down sides were a fair amount of road noise and construction in the area, as well as no air conditioning in the condo. The many fans in the condo helped cool it off, however. We would absolutely recommend this location!
