Enjoy a private, nicely sized backyard that's perfect for barbecues or for sipping coffee and having meals in the covered back lanai. The yard is lined with fruit trees, including bananas, citrus, and pineapple.

This unit is a basement of a two story home and you can hear everything from the top story. The kitchen is really a kitchenette and does not have a range or dish washer. Important only if plan to cook. The listing indicated washer an dryer however you will be charged $8 ($5 for washing and $3 for drying) per load. Bit costly since never had to pay for laundry before.
In addition the towels, sheets and pillows smelled of mildew. The owner did change them when notified. Owner promised to give free cleaning service since we were staying more than a week but was not able to fulfill.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property. Owner is easy to work with and accommodating to arrival time. She made some nice upgrades since we were there the first time to make it even more comfortable. Location is more residential but perfect for what we needed. It’s also nice to have set parking spots so you do not need to park on the street since street parking would be difficult. Would stay there again!

It was a great location. Close to town and easy to get to. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot and to have portable air conditioners in each bedroom.
