The Great Room comprises the living and dining areas which are the heart and soul of the home. With breathtaking views of the Bay and luxurious furnishing, this is where you will be spending most of your waking hours. In the Living Area, there are beautiful and comfortable sofas where you can admire the views or, occasionally, indulge in your TV viewing pleasure.
In the Dining Area, you can host the most wonderful dinner parties with the custom-made dining set. Off the Dining Area is the spacious kitchen that can accommodate multiple cooks or an impromptu party. Naturally, the kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chefs in your group.
Located on the second floor, the Primary Bedroom Suite is an absolute gem! It features a California-King bed and comfortable club chairs. In addition, there is a working space with a desk, chair, and wonderful day bed. This spectacular space, with its astounding views, will make you feel as if you are floating on the ocean! There is a large balcony outside the sliding doors where you can spot whales and dolphins. The magnificent Primary Bathroom completes the 12 Alii Point experience, a magnificent bathroom with a vast tub and shower area. Beautiful property with crashing waves. Only down side was no air conditioning in main areas and it got very hot in the afternoon.

This was a beautiful and well-maintained property with a lanai that cannot be beat! The ocean view was gorgeous with plenty of windows to take it in from multiple areas of the house. Loved the large open doors, which did a great job with ventilation. The AC was only in the main 3 bedrooms, which made the "kids" room somewhat stuffy. Additionally, there was an issue with the initial entry code provided, but this was rapidly addressed by the person on call for the property. It is a little far from Volcanos National Park, but close to many gorgeous beaches. This was a great place to stay - just wish we could have stayed longer.

This home provided a perfect place to spend our family vacation! Close enough to downtown and an centralized location to enjoy the entire island. We have visited the island previously but consider this home to our best-loved rental to date. The home was one of our favorite things from the trip because it gave us such a peaceful and beautiful retreat when we were not out on an adventure.

This house is a perfect ocean front retreat. Amazing views from any room and an expansive Lanai. Amazing sunsets and close to downtown Kona.
