Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.
Paki Maui 123 does not have A/C. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit and ocean front condo offers some of the best views on all of Maui. Located at the quaint resort of Paki Maui, you'll feel at home the moment you step inside. Surrounded by sliding glass doors, there's a view from virtually every angle within this condo. Enjoy your meals al fresco from your private ocean front lanai. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen so all you need are groceries!
Step into the master bedroom featuring majestic ocean views and access to your own personal lanai. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two Twin size beds and shares the hall bathroom with a walk in shower and a stackable washer/dryer. The living area can accommodate 2 more guests with a Queen size sleeper sofa.
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you!

Resort was undergoing construction which orange barricades obstructed ocean view from balcony. Stairs that lead to beach were broken and unable to be used restricting direct beach access. Condo does not have screen door to allow air to flow through, which made condo very hot since it did not have air conditioner. Kitchen was full of ants even when all food was put away and cabinets were wiped down. Also found a large cockroach during stay. I got a promotional price that was cheaper than the normal pricing and it was not worth it. I would absolutely not pay the normal pricing. Would not stay here again, other places with better amenities for same price or cheaper.

Condo location was great, pictures showed kids on boogie boards but was two rocky, beautiful view, noisy by pool but great to be able to watch kids. Needs a little updating. Understand it has been sold, hope new owners update shower. Great place for the money. Would stay again

I'd actually say 4.5 stars. The only knock is that it's a little dated and you can see a little bit of wear. The place was clean, accessible, and located right above the pool. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean.

The location is great! The beach in front of Paki Maui was perfect for our family, the corals give enough protection so that my older kids could swim safely and my baby enjoyed all the tide pools in the front. The pool was right in front of the room which was nice because I could keep an eye on the kids while still being in the comfort of my apartment. Overall the place is well stocked with everything we needed to cook, it had beach chairs and boogie boards. My only complaint is that the closet doors were not set up correctly and we had a hard time opening them to the point that we had to remove one of the doors. Also, I wish they had blackout curtains to give more privacy and darken then room a little better because the lights from the pool area stay on quite late. Overall, we had a great experience and we are happy with our stay!

We enjoyed our stay loved the views from the balconies. We were able to see some whales. Though there was lots of rain the first couple of days we made the most of it but enjoyed hanging out in the room
The hot tub was full at night and seemed like the people in it had to be told by residents that lived there to get out, so we used the hot tub first thing at 9:00, we enjoyed how dedicated the staff is in cleaning the pool and hot tub!! We utilized the bbq downstairs in the pool area to make dinner, however the smoke alarms were very sensitive we had to take them down the wouldn’t stop beeping.
The outlets in both bathrooms wouldn’t work but did let the office management know they had someone would come but we never saw anyone call or come by.
The garbage disposal sounds likes it works however nothing seems to go down.
To me we made the most of it regardless of a few things but really enjoyed the property so thank you very much it was a memorable birthday week

We had such a wonderful time at this Amazing property. I honestly don’t understand these negative reviews. Everything was perfect! So clean, fantastic communication, great location, amazing views, wonderful beach for swimming/walking, beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. We also loved the number of lounge chairs available at the pool and beach area. We loved eating at the food truck park (had the Thai truck 4 times), Pizza Paradiso and Ms Arrapa’s (literally right across the street). Loved the ABC store 3 minute walk away too! The trade winds were perfect, did not need ac at all in July, the fans provided were just what was needed! The condo was bigger than I thought it would be, bedrooms are a great size and everything is situated perfectly. Great kitchen items for cooking and plenty of dishes and flatware. Just a great place! We cannot wait to return! We just loved it all!!! Thank you so much!!!
