The place was not clean, dishes not clean, refrigerator not clean, carpet NOT clean, the shower was gross because it leaked and the ceiling had black mold and in the bedroom had black mold
There was extra trash bag, when I sent a message to the mgr, I got no reply,
It’s was 17 years since my kids were back in Hilo. It was disappointing that their stay was not memorable.
I would stay at the location, but not at this condo. And the furniture was in bad shape,

Lots of space; A/C worked well; convenient to many attractions and restaurants; owner was communicative: older building and condo; nice park area next door

We were extremely comfortable during our stay. The set up, especially the 2 bathrooms and king / 2 twins, was perfect. The location was excellent. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

This is a nice two-bedroom high rise apartment perfect for a family of four.
Beautiful views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea. Easy trips to Kilauea Caldera and Mauna Kea Visitors Center.
This is an older building with somewhat outdated decor, but it’s clean and comfortable.

The unit was clean and had plenty of space of our family of 4, walking distance to downtown and farmers market, quick drive to nice beaches ( we visited coconut island and onekehakeha beach), bbq at the pool was clean and worked perfect. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to sleep, shower and eat breakfast before exploring for the day. Centrally located. It’s a little worn, but that is reflected in the price. Enjoyed the views from the balconies. Would recommend.
