second time at this property, no issues looking forward to the next trip!!
The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful.
The noise from the upstairs was very loud and we woke at 2a, 4a and 6a. That was a bummer.
Everything else was great!
The apartment is close to Kona downtown. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms. Patio areas upstairs on the deck to watch the sun set and downstairs at the table was pleasant.
Main complaint was the kitchen could have been better equipped. Pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster etc. was nice but lack of kitchen towels and only one sharp knife needs to be addressed.
The rental car was so nice and convenient.

Property was just what we wanted and manager was friendly and helpful. Great Stay.
Clean, however, no AC, the house was so hot day and night, we slept without blankets, so hot even with fans on top speed with doors open. No toilet papers, had to go buy our own.
From the first night for four nights were a nightmare, people leaving upstairs comes home at midnight and it sounds like construction work going on up stairs, at times it sounds like they were running on a treadmill, this goes on till 2 am. Vibration noise from their AC unit rattle the bed room so I spend the night in the living room. I could not wait to return home.
The kitchen was not well equipped for any cooking unless your microwaving or you wanted to use an air fryer.
Old and worn utensils and only 3 forks. Ols worn out cookware. Not a very inviting kitchen, hence the broken cabinet above the stove with the door just laying on top. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy…
