Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Bicycles: Two adult size bicycles with helmets
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Parking passes required from onsite office at arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: One community swimming pool
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 206 is located in Building 2 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Very nice and clean condo. The check-in instructions could be updated to include the fact that the front door is NOT near the garage or other units. It's down an unlit path around the building. Very difficult to find at night as there is NO signage or lighting. Highly stressful.Garage is too small for anything but a compact car. Should also be in the listing. DO NOT RENT an SUV.

Very nice house in a quiet, clean and peaceful neighborhood. Close to the Mauna Lani shopping plaza (walking distance), where you can get groceries, coffee and decent food. The nearest beach is at the Fairmont Orchard (swimmable) and Holoholokai Park (not swimmable, but really cute). Holoholokai beach has gorgeous sunsets, byo chair and wine for an amazing evening. Our favorite beach was Hapuna, about 5 min drive - make sure you don't miss it, it's in my opinion one of the best beaches on Big Island. The house was well equipped with everything one need for a comfortable stay and the kids loved the terrace, and the neighborhood cats and the mongoose that was living under the palm tree near the terrace. We didn't want to leave and we hope to return again soon.

Townhome was beautifully decorated, super clean, updated kitchen, beautiful bathrooms with jetted tub, spacious, washer/ dryer in condo, grill right out door, included lots of kitchen items, beach chairs, 2 adult bicycles, peaceful, loved townhome. Great location, loved townhome, we had fantastic time!!!!
