We had an incredible stay at this Princeville location! The place was clean, well equipped, accommodating, and had gorgeous views from the backyard lanai. Just 50 yards from cliffside ocean walks! Our family of four appreciated using the small residential pool and all the amenities. The hosts provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of towels, not to mention a full kitchen. Location is close to plenty of "secret" beaches plus other amenities and activities. We loved it!
Loved this place and being able to watch the sun rise every morning along with the resident hen and her baby chics. Would definitely stay here again.
Couldn't have asked for a better home. It had everything we needed!
2 bed spacious condo with comfortable furniture lots of sliding doors for true outdoor living. Walk out on to golf course and a sit on the patio and watch whales breaching. Well equipped with spices pots pans Tupperware and dishes. Ice maker. Washer dryer. Internet was fine. Didn’t watch tv. Walked to sea lodge beach. Would stay here again.

Lovely, spacious unit. Clean and very well equipped Parking space was right at the door. Location was quiet & great for walking, enjoying Princeville community events like Farmers market & music. Nice beaches within 15-20 minutes. Communication with property management was top notch. Would happily stay here again!
Located on the Makia golf course in Princeville, this property has beautiful views of the golf course (rolling greens, birds of paradise, coconut palms) The place was roomy and the tradewinds kept us cool. The furnishings were comfortable and beds just right. We rrally enjoyed our time there.
Truly a wonderful place and location to stay in Princeville on Kauai. It had the amenities you look for in a vacation rental. We never found ourselves saying something’s missing.
The layout was very accommodating to the wonderful breezes that filled the pace day & night.
One minor concern, operation of locks that secured lanai screen doors. They worked but not easy to learn or engage.
Overall it is a truly wonderful place and location
Amazing quiet location. Super peaceful. The house had everything you need to cook and relax. Would stay again 100%

Great location and great view of the ocean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. I was worried about not having A/C but the cross winds were nice and cool. We couldn’t figure out how to use the tv in the living room, so we just played the games in the cabinet below the tv. The pool was super close to the unit. Parking spot right in front of the unit. Internet worked great. Driving distance to Hanalei Bay and great beaches. Make sure to stop and take in the landscape every chance you get.

Loved the view over the golf course and sitting out on the lanai where you can see the ocean. Super clean and comfortable. Unit had everything we needed like beach blankets, chairs, and coolers. Close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!
I stayed here with my children, and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, spacious living room, well stocked kitchen (in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, and spices), and beach gear. The living room has a great view, with direct access to the golf course, which was great for my kids to run around on (never saw anybody golfing near us). Very clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed staying here. It was an adjustment at first not having air conditioning, but the trade winds provided great breezes when the windows were opened. The fans were a big help. Beautiful location!

It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but worth it. The view is beautiful, grocery store and some restaurants are close and easy to get to. The only thing I would say is that you need more fans. Having nothing but sliding doors means you can’t leave them open at night so it can get kind of stuffy at night.

The condo was clean and well equipped but honestly far, far, far too hot to be sleeping comfortably - even with the several fans provided. We only stayed 3 nights thank goodness, it nearly ruined our vacation with the inability to sleep for 2/3 of us. Unbearable/ I would NEVER suggest nor stay here again in the month of August for this reason alone. AWFUL.

Plane arrived late, so was driving to place in dark. Check in was super easy with the app and place was perfect! Was so we just fell asleep. Woke up to a dream land! Was so glad we stayed here and able to make our own food as we have some food allergies. Can’t wait to come back as the weather did not cooperate for much time in the ocean. Next time! Wonderful place to stay in Kauai. Loved the open floor plan and access to the lanai. Were able to keep the doors open while at home for a nice breeze to keep the area cool and comfortable. Views were nice off the lanai. Were hoping there were body boards as someone previously described but was nice to have beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler. A pedal was broken on the bike so not usable. Comfortable beds, clean houese, well decorated. Close to a lot of north shore activities and not far from Kapaa. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. We would come back again in an instant. Already miss it.
