Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our condo overlooking the beach. At Lae Nani you can relax at the pool while surrounded by lush gardens just steps from the beach. Located on Kauai's central coast, 10-15 minutes from the airport, Lae Nani is secure with gated access and free parking. There is an ancient Hawaiian heiau on the property, a swim-able beach with a rocked-in area for children, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, a tennis court, barbecues near the heated pool, and laundry on site.
This second floor condo, unit #324, invites cool trade winds and is safe to leave windows and the lanai door open so you can sleep with the sound of the surf. The one bedroom, one and a half bath unit has a full kitchen, sliding glass door to the lanai, a Roku TV, and free WIFI. Beach towels and chairs are also included. ...

Kirsten's unit met all our expectations & she was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved her unit, the beautiful grounds at Lae Nani, and the easy access to restaurants & shopping within walking distance.

Being a December baby, I NEVER get to travel on my bday, so we did it this year: and it was the best! This condo was on a gorgeous property with an amazing view. We slept to ocean sounds every night, made a great breakfast daily, walked 2 minutes to the sunrise each morning with the help of roosters waking us up, and enjoyed every moment. Location was perfect, laundry was easy (there is a credit card pay option for the washer/dryer but not the soap, FYI) bed amd pillows were SO comfy. Tiki torches onsite nightly, sunset view from rhe deck over the mountains, a walk to Lava Lava Club for drinks, wonderful beach with a blowhole, rocked-in lagoon to float/snorkle, and a historic heiau all made for amazing views and memories. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful landscaping, thoughtful extras (like macnut snacks, a big beachbag, beach gear, coffee) Also, sidenote.. the 2nd bathroom was wonderful to help avoid marital annoyances while in paradise ;)

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It's the perfect walkable location with beach access steps away and amazing views from the balcony. It's the ideal space for a couple, with the bonus of the extra half bathroom. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Shopping for groceries and a handful of restaurant options only steps away at the Coconut Marketplace. Kapa'a is the perfect location in our opinion and we will be back! Kirsten is the perfect host with speedy communication and Bernadette does an excellent job onsite. Thanks again!
