That same view will greet you every morning as you exit your bedroom to start the day. Whether you come to Kona for romance, solitude, adventure, or even to work remotely, we believe our unit offers the amenities and surroundings to make your time there amazing!
To while away the day one can sit outside on the lanai and be caressed by the trade winds, or enjoy a book on the couch inside being cooled by the new ductless air-conditioner; either way our unit has unobstructed views of the ocean and the beautifully-maintained, tropical foliage of the Kona Isle common areas. The bedroom and living room have high-tech fans that operate so quietly and efficiently you may decide to forgo using the AC: especially in light of the flow-through ventilation offered by the new jalousie windows in the bedroom.
The décor of our unit is a blend of old-style “Island Chic” mixed with modern touches. We have retained the rattan furniture while updating the frames with new Sumbrella Cushions. We recently added a mango wood table and media console to the living room. The kitchen has granite countertops and is designed to facilitate the efficient creation of great meals. It is also well stocked with cookware, utensils, rice cooker, and a new Cuisinart coffee maker - to make a perfect Kona coffee! A new Bosch refrigerator operates unobtrusively in the background to keep your groceries well chilled and frozen. There is an ergonomic Humanscale stool at the counter which will comfortably support you whether you are using the counter as a prep station, eating location, or work station.
A high-speed router provides Wi-Fi throughout the condo and a new, flatscreen 55” Sony TV has cable channels and most major streaming apps installed (bring your own login credentials). The remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy accessibility.
For 2022 we completed many upgrades. We installed a new GE dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The new appliances are very quiet and add to the convenience of the unit. Also, a new split sunshade (with a crank mechanism; no ropes!) for the Lanai was ...

Beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo was quite comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Loved that there were beach chairs and an ice chest for our various outings. Having A/C for overnight made sleeping comfortable. Property was beautifully landscaped and loved the beach area for soaking up the sun and the pool for cooling down. Our favorite spot is the lanai and whale watching and taking in the beautiful sunsets. We definitely plan on coming back and staying in this condo again.

In my many many many years of renting vacation cottages, I have never seen a home so well-stocked with everything. We took spices and such, but there were many things available had we needed them. Every kitchen utensil imaginable is there. There were numerous things that we bought but were in the house such as trash bags, cooking spray, olive oil, and plastic storage bags. The cooler and wonderful beach chairs were greatly appreciated. A washer and dryer is a great bonus even though we did not use it. Now…..LOCATION! The beauty of the gorgeous water and the pounding of the ocean waves could entertain us for hours. We had not anticipated the fabulous whale watching!!!!!!!! That was amazing. The grounds were immaculate as was the great grilling area. We did not use the on-site swimming pool, but the fascinating tidal pool nextdoor was a jewel. Gorgeous small birds entertained us right on the front lawn.
We were fortunate to have the full moon during our stay. That, combined with the gorgeous sunsets, was a beautiful ambient touch.
We could not have been more pleased with the condo and the area of Kona.

The view from the condo is amazing! The salt water pool is right next door and was so much fun to relax in. The condo complex was neat and tidy, and we really appreciated the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. I only have two suggestions to make it even better: Accent lighting in the living room would be a huge improvement. It’s hard to read on the couch at night with just ceiling lighting, plus it’s just not very cozy. Also, shades for the lanai doors/windows would be great so you can walk from the bathroom to the bedroom in your birthday suit without putting on a peep show for anyone who might be passing by. Oh - and providing shampoo and soap would be nice. We got in at night and had to run to the store for those items so we could shower after a long day of travel.

Not very big but it was just what we were looking for. How can you beat being on the ocean watching the waves crash on the shore? Very well updated and stocked. Location is fantastic. Will be back again.

Yan and Gary’s condo is a true gem. It’s a perfect layout for a one bedroom and had a well equipped kitchen and a bright airy space. The lanai is incredible with an ocean view of the waves crashing on the rocks and amazing sunsets.
The location in Kona is perfect for exploring downtown to the north and all the excellent spots south of Kona. Easy access to two step for awesome snorkeling, magic sands for playing in the waves and great bars and restaurants in town.
The condo complex is never too busy and everyone is relaxed and friendly.
If you love tide pools you can walk right out the back door to the rocks to explore and see eels, urchins and tons of fish. We have seen dolphins from the lanai on every visit.
It’s truly an amazing place for someone looking for a great Big Island and Kona experience
