We enjoyed staying at this property with our family of eight people. It was at very convenient location 10 mins walk away from Magic sand beach. House was very clean and equipped with all the necessary equipments as mentioned in property page. Swimming pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Above all, this property in very quiet neighborhood so during morning hours and almost throughout the day you can see and hear bird singing and chirping which feels very relaxing. We definitely recommend staying at this property
We have very relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family at this property. As advertised, this property is very close by to Magic sand beach. This property at a good quiet neighbourhood surrounded by some tropical trees, so you hear bird chirping and singing throughout the day. It was very relaxing stay.
Great home for our family’s Big Island vacation. Love that it’s close to our favorite beach, Magic Sands. Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect size. We will definitely be back for another family vacation in the not too distant future.
Great location and amenities. Upstairs great room was too hot. A/C in bedrooms was much appreciated.
Stay was wonderful; great house; great beach. Only glitch was checkin; had code for deadbolt but not for lockbox with handle key. One phone call and that code was provided
It was ideally located for early mornings at Magic Sands, as well as all the things we wanted to do. Loved the space; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all we needed in a house. Pool and hot tub were ideal after a day in the sun. Hope to book again for our next trip.

We weren't home as much as we thought we'd be but loved the space for hanging out with the family when we were all there.
We absolutely loved the swimming pool. The location is perfect. It is so close to beaches and the trolly for shopping.
It needs a few portable A/C units in the upstairs common areas instead of fans to make it comfortable.
The owners even dropped by an ice chest. That was very sweet & thoughtful.

The physical layout of this house was perfect for our group! Lots of space for everyone. The pool area was lovely and included pool floaties and snorkeling gear. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect, and there were lots of supplemental fans to circulate air. It got a bit warm upstairs in late afternoon. Overall, a great location, and great physical layout.
We booked this home because it had the perfect amount of space for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. It was cool in all of the rooms and had everything we needed to cook our meals. It is walking distance to magic sands beach and was in a great location for heading into downtown kona. We would gladly rent here again.
This place suited wonderfully - good location, good price, and the pool and hot tub were just awesome! We had read a few reviews that the place was really hot in the LR and that proved to be quite true! Be prepared for that. But we didn’t care, we had some older adults who didn’t like climbing stairs so the visiting happened on the first floor and that was perfect! The set up is really great - 2 BR 2 Bth upstairs and same downstairs, plus each have a kitchen. (Though first floor no stove). Everything was very clean, but also the house shows wear. If you are looking for really high end snazzy this really isn’t the place, but if you want comfy, convenient, and the fun of a pool and hot tub, this is terrific. We had a great time!!!
