Was perfect for our family. Great location. Spacious and very comfortable for adults and children.
Pili Mai is beautiful! Unit was very close to pool and loved that we had an end unit! Only thing that was a downfall was the AC unit overflowed and wet my items that were in the closet. Had to rewash clothes (thank goodness for washer & dryer in unit) had to toss a bunch of things due to water damage. Couldn’t use the AC until someone came to fix the problem the next day. Called 2 different numbers and made a report but the ones who helped was someone who wasn’t on the list and was a friend of my sister in law.
Unit was on the 2nd Floor, Close to pool & grill…just don’t put things in the master bedroom closet under the AC unit…unit overflowed with water and damaged some of my items.
We loved it! Ended being perfect for our family. Impressed with the extra things like coolers, beach chairs, towels, and amenities. Thank you!
The location was perfect. Looking out over the golf course, we could see the ocean and the mountains. The beds were super comfortable! Very spacious and easy to get to different places. It was so much better than expected!

Beautiful place to stay. Perfect location with pool right across the street. One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at. Many people have left items for use. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, tent, motion sick glasses, towels!
Beautiful condo large enough to accommodate our family of 6 adults . The grounds are gorgeous . Nice pool.
The sleeping arrangements were great with good beds and quiet rooms. Air conditioning was very good supplemented with ceiling fans. We had a great view of the golf course. The pool was very clean and well maintained along with the equipment in the workout room.
We loved the cleanliness and convenience of this condo. We were traveling with 7 people and found this slept everyone comfortably and had everything we could have needed. Everything was clean and laid out well, they were up front about all the rules etc. so that made it easy. The beds were comfortable, having A/C was wonderful, the location was good and we even had a small view of the ocean. For the price i think it was worth it! The hosts were responsive even though we only contacted once. They had beach toys and towels which made all our beach days great! Check in and out were a breeze and overall we would stay here again and again!
Unit was the right size for 3 adults. Very spacious living and kitchen areas. Would definitely look into this or similar units in the future.
Location was perfect! Next to pool and 5 minutes from Poipu and 10 minutes from Old Town Koloa. Would stay again.
Wonderful location on southern Kauai. Everything close by, sea turtles on the beach, snorkeling, pool, grocery store, great coffee, golfing, local history…it’s all there.
Location was great. amazing views from the balcony where we ate breakfast and dinner. The pool right there on the other side. Apartment was well equipped with every essential you could need including boogie boards, beach chairs, and coolers. Could not be happier with our stay.

the condo was absolutely perfection. It was spotlessly clean. The outside patio was lovely to have breakfast in and the view was absolutely gorgeous. It is a perfect location, close to all beaches and towns
We loved this house! Great A/C, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, perfect location. Window coverings were also much appreciated, especially since we had someone sleeping in the living room. Highly recommend.
We actually thought the condo was well built, the view from the lanai was wonderful, the furniture in the house was decent, and the location for what our group wanted to do was just right. This home just really needs some TLC.
This place was amazing. Everything a family would need to enjoy a stay in Kauai. Love it. If there was anything to make stay even better, I’d say this. Make check out at noon and have basic essentials for cooking meals at home. Salt,Cooking oil, and etc. oh and maybe a surf board 😝❤️

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay.
Pros:
1. Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities are a huge plus.
2. Location close to the pool for teenagers, a huge plus.
3. The views! Looking out across the golf course, you can see the ocean and mountains.
4. The beach chairs, day cooler, boogies boards, and toys are awesome.
5. Very clean unit, nice beds/linens, wonderful simple decor, and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes, etc.
6. Loved having designated parking spot.
7. Staff left us a note with chocolates and snacks for our trip.
8. Easy drive to local beaches. Or a nice walk for walkers. Not an easy stroll. So don't plan on sipping cofffee at the beach on your walk.
Cons:
1. Although the views from the golf course are amazing, there are general noises associated with maintenance of the facilities.
2. A golf ball hit the side of the condo, it was LOUD!
3. The washer isn't balanced, so it often makes noises when in use.
4. The ease at finding the parking and unit in the dark while raining was challenging.
5. Not close enough to the ocean to hear or watch the waves.
6. One of the boogie boards need the leash replaced and is sort of in dispreair. But it works for just floating in the ocean.
7. Don't recommend for those who can't navigate stairs.
I loved this unit and highly recommend it for families. If you prefer to sit outside and watch the ocean, you may need to look for a different unit. Mahola
This location is one of the best in the Pili Mai Resort. The first floor of the residence is technically on the second floor. There are two large sliders that open from the dining/living room areas to a large second story patio that overlooks the 9th hole on the Kiahuna Golf Course. The views from the patio are of a good portion of the golf course with the ocean in the background. We had several other family members staying at other residences on the property and they all seemed to be a little jealous of our patio. We spent most of our time in the residence, on the patio. This residence is also in the same area as the pool and hot tub, so it wasn’t a trek to the pool like some of the other family members had to do. There were beach toys, life jackets, and beach chairs already on site, which helped lessen our packing. There are LOTS of chickens in the area. I would not sleep with the window open if you don’t want a rooster to wake you up at 3am. But being on the second floor, you won’t have to deal with the chickens walking i to your rental like the first floor has to. There were lots of towels and beach towels available. Everything you need to cook meals is there already, to include Tupperware for leftovers. Our family would rent this place again if we’re ever back in the area.
There were so many beautiful homes in Pili Mai. I chose this one because of the wonderful lanai views of the golf course, palm trees and ocean. I also liked the beautiful white bedding and well appointed rooms. Great location by the pool, too. We used the porta crib, beach chairs and small cooler for our beach trip. TV's in each room was a perk, too.

Villa was exactly as pictured and described. Enjoyed being on the golf course and having mountain and ocean views in the distance. Villa was very clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 5. We walked to beach several times (20 minutes) but preferred to drive and were able to find parking at all the nearby beaches.

This condo exceeded all our expectations! The view from the Lanai out over the golf course and down to the ocean was beautiful! The location of the condo near the pool was perfect. The condo itself was spotless and the perfect place for our family of 8. This is by far the best condo we’ve ever stayed at and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai!

This was such a lovely home. It was very well stocked, very clean and really inviting. There were two families of four staying there together and there was plenty of room for all of us.
It is in a great location and this unit is close proximity to the pool.
It felt like home away from home! Loved it!
