Just as listed. A ton of room and stocked with above average supplies in both Kitchen and Baths. Garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and much more for beach. Nicely organized. The patio does get very warm in the afternoon - and the ocean view is certainly there but nothing like you get at the pool. Would stay again for sure.

This is our 4th time in Halii Kai, and I really appreciated the ocean and golf course view and well as very close proximity to the pool
Comfortable beds and a nicely stocked garage are also a plus

Awesome rental - more amenities than any unit we have ever rented (as in lots of extra kitchen spice/marinate type things left for use and lots of items in the garage for beach use). Most units do not have use of so many items leaving you to buy/rent them for a use or two. Beds were very comfortable, unit was clean - all in all a great choice for a Big Island property and we stay in Hawaii a lot. Thanks Noelani!!

The property itself was AMAZING and service that I received from the property manager was equally as amazing. I highly recommend the property for future and plan to book the same unit again in the future, however not thru Expedia.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Expedia. I booked flights for myself and 5 family members in March for a trip to Hawaii. I reached out a few days after the original booking to upgrade 2 of my flights. The agent that I spoke with upgraded flights BUT did not tell me that she had to change it to a completely different flight, getting in 6 hours AFTER my children & elderly parents. I did not know of this until I reached out a week prior to the trip to confirm the upgrades. I tried for the entire week to have the flight changed back to the original flight. I was told that I would have to pay current pricing, as well, even though I booked months prior to. I was never contacted within the 3-5 days regarding the change to the travel. On day 4, I started reaching out to check on this issue. I even chatted with someone the night before and was told to give it 72 hours, even though my flight was less that 12 hours away. On the evening prior to the trip I tried to check in to the flights, only to be told that there were no seats available on the second flight for the 2 passengers that I had paid extra for an upgrade for. I reached out to Delta to be told that there were no seats available. The night prior to my flight I had to book 2 flights from LAX to Kon

Hali’i Kai is a beautiful complex and our condo, 17G had some of the most amazing views. The Ocean Club Bar & Grill has a beautiful ocean front pool and the Bar & Grill staff are very friendly, good food and good prices.Our condo was well appointed but there were a few issues that need to be addressed. Noelani’s communication prior to our arrival was excellent but during our stay I found that texting was not the optimal form of contact, rather a telephone call was more successful. Our issues and concerns have been addressed and we do appreciate Noelani’s efforts. Overall our stay was nice and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this condo to anyone.

Spent a wonderful week va-ca at Hali'i Kai in July.. Beautiful facilities, serene location, with a warm morning and evening breeze. Just a few steps from the "club house" which is a small facility, appropriate for the number of guest allowed. Was always delightful to meet new friends for dinner/or beverages by the pool while enjoying the sunset over the ocean.. This place has everything but Jimmy Buffet!Neolani did a great job and responded promptly to any inquires we had. With my grown kids coming from all over the US, the three bedroom Villa served us nicely.. Did I mention it was nice and quite. And very clean
