MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom boasts a Cal King bed with a new luxury Beautyrest mattress and adjustable base. 70” flat screen with Apple TV. A large private lanai with dining table and lounge chair overlooking the mountains and fairway views, enjoy a morning coffee in the warm Hawaiian sunrise overlooking uninterrupted mauna lani mountain views over the 4th fairway.
The ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet, features double sink vanity, private toilet room, deep soaking tub and a separate spa shower with teak seating.
SECOND FLOOR LOFT LOUNGE
Down the hall from the master suite is the LOFT LOUNGE with a custom rosewood desk and table overlooking the south golf fairways, lakes and mountain range. The loft includes a new queen pull out sofa bed, new 46” 4k UHD LED LCD flat screen tv, and a whimsical art collection.

6 of us stayed comfortably in this 3 bedroom home for two weeks. It was fully equipped. Excellent communication with owner when we had questions.

The property was very clean and in a great location very close to the beach. It was very easy to get in touch with the host. The pool was right across the street. The only thing I wish I would have known sooner is there is golf cart rentals at the shops near by. This have helped the girls go to the beach while the boys took the car to golf. We had a great time on our vacation :)

It was great for 6 adults! We were not at all crowded. The living area and outdoor patio are lovely. Excellent location to do the beach and sightseeing. We would recommend this to friends😎

We had a great family trip to stay at David’s villa in Mauna Lani. It is directly across the street from the community pool which is perfect for kids and equipped with a bbq and shaded seating. Then we took advantage of the beach club access in the protected cove approx a mile away (a quick car or golf cart ride away). David and the prop mgr were very responsive to any questions we had and super helpful throughout our stay.

We had such a relaxing time staying at this very clean, organized and modern condo. David and Nicole were very responsive and had great ideas for things to do with our kids. The condo was stocked with everything we needed from water gear and a bike, to any kitchen amenity you could ever need. The salt water pool was close and the condo was very private with a great view of the golf course and mountains. We have spent a lot of time on the Big Island over the last 25 years and this location was one of the best. Thanks David, for sharing your beautiful place with us! We will be back for sure!!!
