We had a very nice time at this home near Poipu. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset and the short walk to the beach. Although a bit dated, the home is comfortable and quiet. Communications with the property managers was timely, helpful, and kind.

Clean condo, great location, even the groundsmen were a delight!
Only 2 issues; a very uncomfortable mattress! We are ab athletic family and woke up with sore back and neck every day. The second is parking! No secure parking, you have to park on the street. On our last morning, around 6:45am we were leaving for the airport. My husband went out with our luggage and smelled really strong gas fumes. He saw a puddle and pile of shavings under the jeep. Someone drilled a hole in our gas tank! We had to scramble for a taxi, make a police report, call the car rental and find a tow company all before flying out. The officer said it has been happening a lot to tourists… so good to know before you book. It was very stressful and unexpected expenses!

Spotless. Absolutely ready for us but no cooking supplies except salt and pepper. Get olive oil or that sort of thing on your prep as there are none. Beautiful view from an updated unit. Sheets blankets beds all just fine. Hotel quality. Units are a bit noisy and with so many traveling with youngins there are quite a few clunks bumps and conversations to be shared. Local rooster of course doing their thing. 5am. But we were up anyway so were unaffected. Beach chairs and goodies were awesome. We rented an umbrella and enjoyed a couple nearby and quiet beaches. Recommend shipwreck beach highly. Turtles at Poipu beach at sunset not to be missed. As is the lemon cake at beachside.

We enjoy the Nihi Kai and are repeat visitors. The location near Poipu beach is fantastic, walking distance to beaches, parks and restaurants. Check in and communication was seamless through their new texting system. Thanks for a great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Nihi Kai very much. The vibe was low-key and quiet. The pool area was great, and the floor plan of the unit worked great for us.

Wonderful location! Kids (and adults) so enjoyed the heated pool and the beach we could walk to. Watched dolphins playing from the lanai. Very friendly staff.
An upstairs half bath would have been appreciated but overall a terrific place!!

The condo was pretty well equipped. There must have been a problem with the microwave as there was also one on the counter, the one over the stove only worked to tell time. Adequate supply of dishes and cookware. The internet was not as described in the welcome packet. It has totally changed to a new network and password. We had to look at the router for correct info. The internet was also frequently cutting out. Not a problem until one needs it to schedule reservations or do research. Beds comfortable and the space more than enough for 4 adults. Management was responsive when needed but not hovering. Location was fantastic, only a short walk to swimming and snorkeling. We enjoyed this condo and would recommend it.
