Situated in the island's most sought after resort of Pili Mai (LOCATION!!) this spacious two level condo simply breathes comfort and style. Open plan living area overlooks a little 'jungle' with mountain views in the back. The constant breeze brings in the sound of rustling palm trees and singing of the birds. Quite special! This condo was built in the summer of 2020. The resort has all the amenities you can wish for: swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi, gym, beautiful BBQ area - all OPEN NOW.
The space:
This is a 2-level condo with 2 bedrooms plus office/den area. The office/den equals the 3rd bedroom in size. DOWNSTAIRS: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with lanai. This area is east facing, with sunshine in the morning and shade in the afternoon, making it always pleasant to sit on the lanai, or have the door open and enjoy the breeze and sound of the nature outside. Living room features 55" TV with cable and wifi, mounted on a full motion wall mount. The downstairs bedroom with queen bed and has an ensuite bathroom. (This bathroom is also accessible from the laundry room.) UPSTAIRS: The ample walkthrough office/den has a daybed with pull-out trundle. This room also features a desk and office chair. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. Also a 43" Samsung TV ***Every bed in the house has a high-end and very comfortable mattress.*** The space is ideal for 4, 5 to 6 people. (If needed there is a foldable floor mattress available too)

We had a great stay at a great property. The place was clean and in a great neighborhood…was perfect for 4 adults and two kids. However, despite the great place the owner contacted us and accused us of stealing towels and soiling another towel that was already on a swifter dust mop which we went out of our way to use every day to keep the place clean. I can not tolerate being called a thief. I’m sorry if you lost towels but it was not from our stay. I suggest looking closely at your door bell camera when you cleaning crew left. I would not book this place and deal with a dishonest property owner.

This was a very nice condo in a nice community. It is not on the beach, but it is within walking distance for those who enjoy walking,, and it is a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was nicely furnished and the home, including the bathrooms, was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and everything was as represented in the listing. We appreciated that beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler were available for our use. Top notch!
