    We were thrilled with our unit. We have stayed at Air BNB many times. This was our first time with Evolve. WOW. The bed was so roomy and comfortable. The unit was spotless and had the necessary kitchen appliances. The extra fans were a great touch. The amazing ocean breezes that came through the unit were amazing. Love that we did not need a key to get in but only the pass code. Eating breakfast in the beautiful private lanai was amazing. We will definitely use Evolve again. You made our trip so wonderful.

    Everything was good. Only thing is tell where laundry room is and leave a little packet of soap and dryer sheets like you do with dishwasher soap, hand soap.

    The location of this particular condo is very ideal for feeling as though you are staying in the neighborhood vs stuck in a resort town. The charming farmers market and coffee shop are close by, too. We also loved the local beach park. And we enjoyed the fact you could walk right out from the condo and watch sea turtles playing in the water directly below the property which is on the waterfront. The food truck pod just south is super convenient. We also appreciate there’s a keyless entry with code so you can head out without worry of keeping track of a physical key. While the photos of this specific unit show bright new updates, anyone who is a light sleeper or who is sensitive to light should maybe reconsider until the owner addresses a few issues. There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom to block the blaring overhead LED lights from the community walkway. You must keep the bedroom windows open for airflow since there’s no AC which means you hear every conversation of anyone walking by outside all night. The overhead light in the living room was not functional during our stay but we made do with the other floor lamps available. The drawer in the bathroom has been broken and won’t sit on its drawer slide so it’ll fall out if you open it.
