Royal Kahana is a beachfront resort on the West side between the Ka'anapali and Kapalua! This studio unit has a King bed and a twin sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size appliances. S. and Canada, and free wireless internet. Enjoy some of the greatest sunsets & watch whales (seasonal) and dolphins from the lanai! Royal Kahana is centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk to enjoy a variety of restaurant choices like China Boat, Dollies, Miso Phat, and more! Kahana is just a short drive to dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
There are plenty of fantastic activities and attractions near Royal Kahana to make your stay memorable! Kahana Beach Park, located right in the heart of Kahana, offers a sandy stretch perfect for picnics, sunbathing, and swimming, with excellent snorkeling opportunities at the coral reef offshore. Guests are asked to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit. Guests arriving after 8:00 pm will register their vehicle at the night-watch desk. Information collected on the vehicle registration form will include the guest's name, unit number, arrival date and time, and departure date. Guests will be directed to visit the front desk the following morning to pay for parking and receive a permit. Vehicles without a permit after 48 hours will be subject to being towed.
We provide complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

The lovation is great! You can see whales jumping off the balcony. An earlier reviewer stated they had AC trouble which I would honestly have to agree with. Even when set to 70 I neber saw it get below 73.5. I will say though that using the fan made the room quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels and beach chairs were super-convenient. The owners were responsive after hours when we had trouble getting in on the first day. The security on the bottom floor was super-helpful when we needed new room cards because ours expired mid-trip. All in all this is a great property at a great price, and we would definitely visit again if heading back to Maui!

I couldn't adjust the a/c. It was stuck at 75.5 all the time. It was too hot to sleep. The bed needs a new mattress because I kept sliding down hill on the right side of the bed. The drapes need replacing. Daylight creeps through. Can't sleep with light coming through. The outside lock box isn't user-friendly! Couldn't get the box closed after I opened it. I even had my grandson staying in another unit try to help me. The room was clean and looked nice!! I didn't see any bugs, which was fantastic!! Beautiful views from the balcony. Would stay again if the issues were fixed with the mattress, drapes and a/c unit.

Both my daughters stayed here while wife and I were just down the street. The beach and pool were awesome. There is also a small local beach within walking distance that my kids enjoyed. Condos and accommodations were perfect. Thank you for the 2 beach chairs. Very convenient!

I am a solo traveller from Australia. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a short break. The welcome pack was a lovely inclusion. The bed was quite soft which I thought might cause my bad back some problems, but it didn't I slept very well. I would book this apartment again if I return to Maui.

My daughter and I stayed here for the first part of our trip and loved it. It was a clean unit and was centrally located along the West part of the island. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The views posted in the listing are much closer in person and we loved it. Even though we were at the tail end of the whale season, we could see them every morning and throughout the day which was amazing. We thought it was a quiet unit and didn’t have any issues while we were there. The only thing I could recommend is maybe having a bit more kitchen supplies, but if you’re not cooking/eating a whole lot in the unit, it’s fine. Beach towels are provided, but there aren’t chairs or a cooler, so if you need those for beach days, maybe look into renting some out. Overall, we loved this unit and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
