This two bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. The two bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed and each have an attached bathroom. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has all the tools you need to make a good meal. The wifi service is excellent and the smart tv has a built in Roku system for streaming movies. Laundry is available in the unit. Sleeps 4, no elevator and no AC in the unit but great trade winds.
Building 2 has some of the best views in Lae Nani overlooking the lawn, pool, ocean, and mountains. The grounds are extensive and feature mature, tropical gardens and fish pond to enjoy. There are gas grills for your use by the pool. The beach here is gorgeous and depending on the season, has awesome little waves for learning to surf. There is also a small, protected beach area for the little ones to splash around.
If you are looking for a great beach, pool, walking neighborhood, and lots of sunshine, Lae Nani 222 is just for you!...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t have been more pleased with this unit. The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the unit is beautiful, with great ocean views, beautiful grounds to look at, and the pool in front of the unit. We loved the location ! We were able to walk to do shopping, go out to restaurants and enjoy lovely walks along the water. We also found it was a great central location for drives up north as well as to the south side of the Island.We would not hesitate to book this unit again and highly recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: was basically a good experience . many pluses about this condo with only a couple negative . older building is quite noisy . people and cars coming and going roosters crowing . lots of stomping from the unit above us . other than that it was pretty good

We could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the breeze that blew, especially at night, made for great sleeping. My mother has mobility issue. She could sit on the Lania looking out over the ocean and pool. The location of the unit was perfect. There is a beautiful walking trail along the ocean that provided great access to Kapaa. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This was our second stay in this unit. Two couples, one 60+, the other 35+). It is spacious, for when we all needed our own space, but also great for family meals and game night, too! So convenient to the beach, walking/running paths and easy access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well appointed, and the on-site gas grills are a great amenity. The lanai closet has a great selection of beach and pool toys.

The complex was beautiful, the saltwater pool was amazing and having its own beach access along with a keki area was an absolute plus! Location is pretty central.
