Beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained lush gardens and courtyard area gives you a true tropical Hawaiian experience . The unit is set away from the road making it especially quiet. For those that enjoy beach walks, the nearly 4 mile long Sugar beach is a short walk north of the complex. You are also close to Kalepolepo, Keaka and Waipulani beaches and parks. The complex is located in a great location to take advantage of what Kihei has to offer as dining, shopping, and entertainment are minutes down the road. In the courtyard is the pool, hot tub and BBQ area with manager's office on site. The 64-unit complex sits on just over 2 acres, comprised of 5 two-story buildings. The complex is designed in the shape of rectangle bordering S Kihei Road.
Contactless check in is a breeze with electronic door locks. Door codes will be sent to you at 11am on day of check-in.
We recommend to rent a car to get around the Island. There is one assigned complimentary parking space nearby the condo. Uber/Lyft and Taxi's are also available. Walk directly across the street to a beautiful sand beach, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing. Conveniently located about 20 minutes to the airport, 10 minute drive to Wailea, 15 minutes to Maalaea, and 30 minutes to Lahaina.
Also, we are one block from a Maui Public Transportation Bus stop. We are walking distance to beaches and a 20-min walk to a sundries and Ululani's Cafe and Bakery.
