Lae Nani Condo unit 435 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Penthouse unit with two ocean view lanais from the main living area and the master bedroom suite.

Lae Nani Grounds:
There are only 83 units at this gated, oceanfront condo complex, nestled among swaying palms and tropical grounds. There is a sand beach fronting the complex with natural rock swim areas easily enjoyed by small children. In addition, Lae Nani has a large, heated salt-water pool with an expansive ocean view as well as a recently refinished tennis court. There are multiple, shared gas BBQ grills available throughout the complex. Shopping, dining, and attractions are within easy walking distance. There is also free, on property parking for your convenience.
The Condo:
In this third-floor unit, everything has been considered to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. With the master bedroom facing the ocean and its own private lanai, you will experience high quality bed and bedding as you listen to the surf at night. As a top-floor unit, it is comfortably cooled by the famous Kauai Trade winds which flow throughout the condo. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving as well as many thoughtful additions. We’ve made our washer and dryer available in unit and provided laundry detergent, as well as soap and shampoo/conditioner for each bathroom.

In addition, as a beach condo, we have included accessories for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and separate beach towels and other beach accessories.

About Us:
We have been renting at Lae Nani for over 20 years and are so excited to now be owners of our dream unit and be able to share this beautiful oasis with you. We are happy to share some of our island favorites with you as well as any travel tips we know of. Just ask!

This property is exactly what the description says and much more. The condo space was perfect for our family. The property was beautiful, so nice to have the easy access to the beach. The owners were very helpful with things to do in each area of the island along with places to eat, location of grocery stores and gas stations. We would defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations. Great location. Third time in Lae Nani was the best of all. Everything needed was provided. Unit was comfortable and roomy. Had a mid stay cleaning by two pleasant women who did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this unit as a great place to stay. Owner was attentive and free.

What a nice home base this was for our vacation on Kauai! The Kim’s condo is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the lush, beautifully landscaped lawn and gardens and beach. Everything was spotless and in good working order. Stan and Jeanie use this as their own vacation home, and so it’s fully and completely equipped. We had all we needed and more. Safeway, ABC, restaurants, and essentials are all close by. This is a small, oceanside, gated condo community. Other residents and visitors were all friendly and respectful of quiet times and appreciative of the beautiful accommodations and surroundings. As nice as the beach itself was, I really enjoyed the saltwater swimming pool. Stan and Jeanie are wonderful hosts who are happy to share their little slice of paradise with other lucky visitors and offer any hints or tips about Kauai’s many good restaurants and activities. We paged through the guest book and really had nothing to add but “Ditto!” - It seems everyone who stays here has a wonderful time at this perfect little get-away and would prefer to stay much longer!
