Dining offers seating for 4 while the fully equipped kitchen also boasts stacked washer/dryer for guests’ convenience. The queen master bedroom features private en-suite bathroom and portable air conditioning. The second bedroom offers twin beds with the second full bath across the hall, plus there is sleeping for additional guest on the sofa pull out in the living room.
Outside, guests can enjoy the community pool and hot tub, as well as a pool side fitness center. The spacious pool area also offers al fresco dining and BBQ grills to enjoy.
This vacation rental is steps from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, Johnny's Waikoloa Restaurant and Bar, and the local Waikoloa shopping center. Most importantly world class beaches are only 15 minutes away, along with some of the best diving on the islands, and an active volcano for even more adventure.

The place had everything we needed. It was clean and very well stocked. The only reason I am leaving four stars instead of five is because the windows are very old and noisy. Waikoloa is known for strong winds. Our first night there was rough trying to sleep through all the racket the windows make. They definitely need to be replaced. We had to get used to the noise. It was the only downfall. The place is stocked with towels and beach towels, even with beach chairs which is very nice. Every utensil and appliance for the kitchen is there. The decor is also very pleasant.

If you like to eat in as we do be prepared for a very small kitchen that is not equipped well. Very little cabinet space, sparse tools, good silverware though. Not many plates (2) or bowls. Great coffee makers though.
Most places we have stayed at in the islands have included a day cooler for beach trips, not here though. There were beach chairs but the kind that sit very close to the ground. Not easy to get in and out of.
Great TV, Internet was great, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were well equipped. All appliances were very loud including Washer, Dishwasher, fans and AC.

This is an older property, but the owner has tried hard to maintain it. Lots of books and DVDs for entertainment. A fantastic guide to Big Island created by the owner - don’t miss seeing it. Unit is comfortable for 3 people. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It’s a little far from things to do, but Big Island is a bigger island so you need to travel a bit anyway (15 minutes from the beach and any restaurant). Overall a good stay. We’re hoping that the unit was in between pest control treatments as we did see several cockroaches.

Instant help from property manager when we needed it. Comfortable place in Waikoloa Village. Did have an issue with a showerhead and clogged sink.
