Unit was clean. Portable air conditioner in bedroom is very loud. Not enough dishes and silverware. Good location.
BEAUTIFUL, right off the golf course, great pool/jacuzzi, clean.
Very nice place! Issue with portable bedroom air conditioner as the pipe kept falling out of the window. Cut vertical blinds so they fit around the pipe. Cockroaches began to appear 4 days in to our trip.
Complex is quiet, pool area rarely crowded. Unit was clean and well maintained. Essentials provided. Unit has AC. WIFI connection is poor, kept dropping signal. Property management very responsive. Only had one minor issue which was resolved quickly.
Quiet and peaceful gated community with walking distance to KTA grocery market.A new market plaza is under construction with several restaurants already opened. The best Big Island beaches and snorkeling spots are within 10-15 mins to drive. If you are on budget this place is highly recommended.

For the price, it was a great place to stay. My husband and I and our teenage son stayed there for a week. It was a little tight with all of our stuff, but it worked for our needs. Everything was clean, we had hot water, the whole time, we enjoyed learning about Waikoloa Village and excited to see how it is growing, the easiness of renting it was nice. In general, it’s not an ideal place to stay if you want to be closer to the beach, but for this trip, we were wanting to not spend as much and this worked perfect for that.
We enjoyed this property during our recent 10-day vacation. It was clean and functional and met our needs. We made at least one meal everyday, which helps to avoid the cost and the calories of eating out. The initial check-in was a bit cumbersome, but other than that the home and the management company were great. No problems whatsoever during our stay. The pool and the fitness center were great to have access to. We are a healthy 65-ish couple, and this was perfect as well as cost-effective.
Great accommodation close to activites both inland and on the coast.
This was a great property and the condo was very nice! I honestly didn’t spend much time there…mostly just to sleep!
