Management company is very responsive. Property is dated and very much in need of a deep cleaning and repair/refurbishment.
All was as advertised or more. It was a great combination of privacy with easy access to everything at Mauna Lani.
Centrally located, great pool. We loved the fish bonds, the beach club and the beautiful views!
This is a nice property with a great view and in a great location to take advantage of the beach club and the dining options at the Mauna Lani. All are within short walking distance.
Beautiful and quiet! This place was perfect for a vacation away from our busy lives. The grounds were upkept and the best part was that it was so quiet! Loved watching the sunset on the lanai. The beds were also very comfortable . Would come back in a heartbeat
A perfect place for our week on the Big Island. Walking distance to great restaurants and awesome golf. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

We we’re staying at the ML Terrace condos to attend a wedding at the ML Resort next door. Great easy walk.
Also in walking distance to some easy , easy incredible snorkeling !
Our stay in this condo was very comfortable and an enjoyable experience! The beds were comfortable, the condo was stocked with everything we needed during our 10 day stay, and the property itself was breathtaking! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio space and the peaceful start it provided each morning. The view of the ocean was even better than the pictures alluded to! The only hiccup we had was that the entire property is non-smoking. We were aware the condo itself was non-smoking and no one was looking to smoke indoors. Rather, My father-in-law enjoys having a cigar in the evening and there was no where for him to do this. I think that it likely has more to do with how tobacco use is viewed on the island as a whole but I think it is worth mentioning just in case anyone looking to rent is a smoker as it isn't as simple as just going to the parking lot if you want to abide by the property rules and respect the other residents. Overall, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!
