The property manager was immediatly available when we had trouble with the lock box. Seems somebody had switched them but he got it all resolved within a few minutes. Could use better cooking pans. Everything was very clean and easy to understand.

Inside of the condo was very clean and perfect space for our stay! Host was prompt in communicating and assisting in resetting the lock code when it didn’t work upon our check in at night. It was on the 3rd floor and no elevators. Parking stall is on the street a few buildings away, which also presented its challenges. A lot of food trucks on the street made it a busy spot in the evenings.

The apartment is exactly as described! Everything you could want or need has been thought of in this well appointed, tastefully decorated space. The location is good for easy access to Waikiki and the surrounding neighborhoods. My only criticism is that the neighborhood is a little noisy at night and the upstairs neighbors can be heard!
