Kamaole Sands #5-313 is a desirable one bedroom, two bath unit with an amazing view of a scenic tropical courtyard, complete with a fountain and pond, as well as the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Wifi and long-distance calls to the mainland are included. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV/DVD. The en suite includes a shower/tub combo. The guest bath is equipped with a walk-in shower. Besides a mesmerizing view, the living room features a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a queen-sized sofa bed.
Kamaole Sands #5-313 has one of the best locations in the complex and will sleep up to 4 people. Located behind the pool area, this unit overlooks an expansive lawn bordered on 3 sides providing a wonderful place to stretch your legs or children to safely play. The cool trade breezes keeping the lanai very comfortable for relaxing as you enjoy the scenery.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. A great unit in a beautiful complex in a central location! We loved the kitchen, the walkability to the beach, and especially the view from the lanai! We remarked many times throughout the week that we couldn’t have picked a better spot on Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very good experience. Furniture starting to show its age. Lanai chairs starting to come apart, and bathtub could use some non-slip stickers. But we would definitely rent again if the opportunity arises.
