This unit at Sugar Beach Resort is exactly what we needed. It was clean, well-stocked, remodeled, and full of appreciated details like boogie boards, books, chairs, a cooler, and laundry detergent. The walk to the hot tub, pool, and beach was short and eaay. We liked the little bar and sandwich restaurant on the property as well. The location was perfect for traveling different places and we didn't have to deal with lots of traffic or crowds. Cara, the rental manager, was helpful and always responded promptly when I reached out. We would definitely recommend this unit and will book again!

Very clean and nice one bedroom, with a really well equipped kitchen. The kitchen really had everything we could need from cooking equipment to spices - much appreciated! The rest of the condo was super clean, lovely furniture. Easy access to the pool and ocean (key with a kiddo in tow). The bathrooms in all the condos at sugar beach resort are small, but this one is well ventilated (definitely follow the rules they post when doing laundry). Cara was communicative and helpful before our trip, and if we ever go back to Maui/Sugar Beach Resort we would book again!

First impression when walking in. I felt like I was home. Very cozy. The property is nice. Every morning there are workers cleaning which you know the property is well taken care off and a safe place. I definitely recommend it! I would book again in the future! Thank you Cara!
Excellent condo in south Kihei. Modern, clean and well kitted out. Lovely complex and easy to reach the whole island from here. Good communication with the property manager. Throughly recommended.
It was our first time to hawaii and sugar beach was a great spot to stay, though we found ourselves driving to lots of other beaches for day trips.
We were so impressed by Cara’s responsiveness and hospitality. She accommodated us when our flights changed last minute. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, just as described in the listing. We loved being so close to the beach and met lots of very friendly people and young families. The bed was super comfy! Truly can’t find anything to complain about, simply a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful Maui!
