Located minutes from iconic Alii drive, this quaint and cozy modern condo has all you need. Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by a freshly renovated space! The bright hallway leads you into the living room where you can sit and relax in the air conditioning after a day in the sun. There is a queen pull out sofa for guests’ comfort with a smart television, that displays art when not in use. The one bedroom is off the living room and has privacy doors that can be kept open to have an open flow or shut for privacy.
You can enjoy being close to downtown Kona from this property or renting bikes off Alii drive and cruising the town. Dine out or cook in the kitchen that is equipped to meet guests needs. Sit at the Hawaii style table for 2 and play some music with the Hawaii ukulele on the shelf or listen to the sounds of birds.
Please note: There is one wall air conditioning unit in the kitchen, no central air conditioning. This unit has 5-7 stairs to get to the unit and no elevator.

The unit was very nice, clean and close to everything. Management addressed the only issue we had, which was minor, very quickly and professionally. The only items I would suggest be addressed are replacing the kitchen knives and peeler which are starting to get worn out. I would also suggest better directions from the airport as the maps app took us to the wrong side of the complex and at night was difficult to find.

First time renting thru Vrbo, and it was great! We felt at home, safe and comfortable, we did hear some noises from other units, but it wasn’t bad, our days were so full and busy, that when we fell asleep, we fell “dead” asleep, and we slept good, sofa bed and king size bed were both so comfy! It was a clean, comfortable, beautiful unit, very grateful for the beach equipment we had the use of, I bought a lawn chair, and left it behind in the unit, for future renters to enjoy, and we’re very grateful for the fully equipped kitchen we had! We met one of the residents from upstairs, she was very friendly. Has the cutest dog, and helpful when we asked her a few questions! And is getting older, we were very grateful that it was in the ground floor! When I come back to the big island, I wouldn’t mind renting from you again!

Good location for walking to downtown Kona and avoiding the struggle to find parking. Unit was clean and comfortable; laundry in the unit is a huge plus. Beach towels and chairs are available; the beach chairs backpack straps are all broken, so keep this in mind when lugging your stuff to the beach. There is minimal natural light and no view whatsoever from this unit. Probably not an issue if you’re there for vacation and will be gone all day. I was primarily working, so in the unit all day. There are crews running leaf blowers most days, but otherwise the unit was very quiet and I could not hear the neighbors above or next to the unit. Parking is close, too. Would rent again.
