This condo is completely remodeled in 2022 with all the luxuries you'd expect at a 5-star Kapalua home. This expansive and rare ground floor single level space is the perfect place for families looking to get away from it all. The two suites offer privacy within the property. NOTICE: Unit 611 will undergo renovations starting March 1st, 2024, with an estimated completion date in the first week of June.The villas are situated at a comfortable distance from each other, and the noise generated during the project is unlikely to significantly impact other units.To minimize disruption, noise-generating work will be limited to weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Saturdays will involve quieter tasks, and there will be no work on Sundays or holidays.

Kapalua Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise. We stayed in many bay and golf villas in Kapalua and this ridge villa is great. Very modern with new appliances. It is not on a waterfront, but panoramic view of ocean is great. The window A/Cs are a bit loud, but I am a light sleeper. Overall, I would for sure stay here again.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this condo, it is incredibly well-situated with a lovely view of Molokai and Lanai. The condo had three lovely bathrooms, lots of room, an incredible lanai and everything a family could need to make the stay absolutely wonderful. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing, the proximity to four beaches was great. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

Great unit- really well appointed, modern everything in the kitchen, good beds, excellent linens. Perfect location to walk to multiple beaches. View of the ocean and great cross breeze. Never used the air condition and this was in Aug.
