Walk or take the Kapalua Shuttle to the Beach, Golf, Restaurants, trail heads or the general store. Beach chairs, umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, towels and linens provided. Free reading library and Weber gas BBQ's available for guest use at the adjacent pool house. The unit has air conditioning, free high speed wireless internet and cable TV. Bedding is 2 Cal King's and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1778sqft. Minimum 4-night stay.
There is a $325.00 cleaning fee. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates, Free Parking. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

We loved our stay! It was a terrific vacation, added by the beautiful surroundings of our accommodations, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. The back patio was the highlight of the stay as it was wonderful waking up to such beautiful views. The location to the pool was wonderful and the pool was enjoyable- including the grills on the premises. Also, the property management team was amazing- we had a small issue with a leak in the kitchen sink and they had someone out within ten minutes of us calling them (and repaired in 20 minutes). They are very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location - views, quiet and easy access to great beaches and restaurants. Unit was very clean and very well appointed. No need to rush to store to buy supplies other than groceries.

We always stay at The Ridge and have a wonderful time exploring Kapalua and Maui’s west side. Unit is spacious and has beautiful views and it’s whale season so we enjoyed watching them from the lanai every day.

Found this place the last night before our arrival after a different management company has issues with another unit. Great unit with views of the ocean from the main room and lanai. Kitchen was very nice and two bedrooms very cozy. 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Very clean and updated unit. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Ritz and shops on Office Rd.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The shuttle service to the beach, restaurants, shops- even the spa-was incredibly convenient. We could all do whatever we wanted. Location is great- steps to the pool area with full kitchen. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. It was hard to leave.

We had a party of 5 including kids and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room, gorgeous views, and it was exactly as advertised. The location was awesome for walking or short, easy drives to everything Kapalua has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here!
