The condo is conveniently located on the second floor close to the assigned covered parking space or elevators for easy loading and unloading. The Kona Alii Complex is a secure concrete building with a keyed lobby, 2 elevators, a pool, bbq area and a 7th floor sundeck. The location is amazing directly across the street from the beautiful Pacific Ocean right in the heart of downtown Kailua Kona Village for an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. (1 Queen bed, Queen Sofa Bed, & Twin rollout bed.)

The location was perfect! The only thing I would change about the whole trip, is that the property owner would have four beach chairs available instead of just two. The two beach chairs that were there were easily carried to locations within walking distance, the only complaint is that there were three of us and just two chairs. The condo easily sleeps four and it would be nice if there were four chairs. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Very clean and well equipped and great location, with food and drinks tight next door. Covered parking provided, and easy check in. Plenty of thought has gone into equipping this property, with extra pillows, blankets, beach towels looks and beach gear provided.. this was really appreciated as we were travelling light. A couple of items that could benefit from a little attention are the vertical blinds in the lounge which are missing at least one slat meaning it is difficult to sleep ( and my usual clothes pegs to keep curtains closed doesn’t work) and we also never managed to lock the outside door on the deck (which may have just been us) . No air conditioning was a little problematic as for us the temperature was sweaty, (but others may be fine) , and the pool was icy cold ( unheated and received no sun). Plenty of closet space and a well equipped kitchen to cook in, and 2 bathrooms made the stay pleasant. While the master bed was very comfortable the sofa bed and the rollaway bed might be suitable for children but not adults. They could both benefit from a topper pad. Finally there were instruction not to move furniture. but it was impossible to extend the sofa bed or position the rollaway without moving coffee tables. Overall a pleasant stay in clean surroundings, and good value for money.

Condo was in a great location right next to the beach and several restaurants. Pool was amazing, parking is very convenient. It kind of falls in between the resorts and volcanoes national park making for a shorter drive no matter what we had planned for the day. The big windows are really helpful to help stay comfortable at nights. Condo was a little muggy when we came in, but opening the windows and turning on the fans made the condo comfortable enough to sleep in a few hours. Owner was super responsive and overall it was a great experience.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient next to a coffee shop, restaurants, and shaved ice shops. We were a short walk to historic landmarks of the palace and old church. The bed was comfortable and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had almost everything to make our meals there easily to save a little vacation money. I loved the patio.

The property is perfectly located. The unit was clean. The only negative was the misinformation about how to enter or exit after hours. There is a green button to open the gate, and you can use your key to enter. We were given the info by another couple staying there when we were getting ready to check out. No worries, we got where we needed to go. Beautiful property.
