The ground floor level has a treetop view from the living area, a large screened-in lanai, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining/living room area featuring a flatscreen TV. Upstairs, you'll find a spa-like bath and a private washer and dryer. Rest soundly knowing both beds in this home are brand new. This condo overlooks the old fairway and a short walk up the stairs will bring you to the pool and grill area. This home is decorated with a sophisticated, tropical flair that you'll fall in love with from the moment you step inside!

Paniolo Hale is located on Molokai's west end right on the ocean. Kepuhi Beach is right out front and great for surfing in the winter months and perfect for swimming and snorkeling in the summer months. Just a short walk over the old golf course, you'll find Papohaku Beach, the longest white sand beach in the state of Hawaii, and an awesome place to watch the waves break during the winter and take long ocean swims in the summer months. A short walk to the left will take you to Make Horse with lots of little tide pools for taking a cold tub or letting little kids catch little fish. A nice beach hike is nearby that extends from Paniolo Hale to the point. Kaunakakai Town is about 30 minutes away with groceries, art shops, gift stores, mini markets, restaurants, equipment rentals, and our county offices.

Great location. Spacious. Private. Short walk to Make Horse and other secluded white sand beaches. Condos are mostly filled with a community of retirees. Very quiet and friendly. Lots of wildlife. Cleanliness was acceptable but not sparkling and could use a real good scrubbing/deep cleaning.

This is a very comfortable, perfectly furnished cottage. in an isolated community on the sparsely-populated west end of the island. Everything you could ever need is supplied. Beautiful location near the beach - no water view, but a short walk to amazing sunsets. Molokai beaches are not the best, but there are several within walking or short driving distance that are good for just hanging out on the beach, and one or two suitable for swimming.
Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
