The equipped kitchen and covered lanai with BBQ that opens wide onto the dining room is perfect for enjoying the island life privately or entertaining while still basking in the ocean view.

    Located on the second floor the primary bedroom features a Cal-king size bed, TV and an en suite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom conveniently has a en suite bathroom with tub & shower combination and king bed. Another king bed is in the 3rd bedroom, located on the lower main floor and can be made into twin beds upon request for a fee. All bedrooms are pleasantly air-conditioned.

    Surrounded by beach parks and with the seaside Magic Beach Grill restaurant a few minutes walk away, there's always something to enjoy outside of the property. Or drive 5 minutes north or south on Alii Drive for charming shopping, restaurants, and farmers markets. The close by beach parks make snorkeling adventures a simple walk away, right from the complex's ocean gate.

    Our stay was very enjoyable. The only down fall would be the road noise and the bugs that would get in through the windows.

    Very convenient location but noise from Ali’i Drive is detrimental to those staying in either guest bedroom. Beautiful view from lanai, close to exit to parking and trash and very short walk to pool area. Gate code was a little confusing and getting out involved pressing another button that wasn’t well marked. Very close to a small market but Safeway was a bit of a drive. Not walkable to Kona.

    Amazing location, just a few minutes to Magic Sands beach and with prime diving/snorkeling in your backyard. Location super convenient, minutes to downtown Kona or up the hill to Keahou’s supermarket and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable, our family loved it.

    Visited with my family for a week. The property was perfect. Clean, spacious, beach chairs provided. Just as advertised in the listing and its pictures. Close to tons of things to do and in a great location to go explore the rest of the island. We hope to come back!

    Wonderful location making it easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see. Management was very communicative with clear instructions. Great complex quit and peaceful. Only drawback is that there is a lot of street noise in the master bedroom.
