Overview
Enjoy your next vacation at our Villa home featuring an open kitchen, dining, and living area, with high ceilings and sliding doors that open out fully into an upstairs Lanai with a BBQ and wet bar - perfect for enjoying the weather and hanging out as a group! Access to the private beach at Mauna Lani, pool and fitness center are all included with your stay. The pool, fitness center, Foodland Farms grocery store, and local coffee / smoothie shops etc are all walking distance away!
The Space
All 3 bedrooms come with full ensuite bathrooms, and large closets. There is a half bath upstairs for use when hanging out in the common area, and both master bathrooms have separate tubs and showers. The bed arrangement is as follows: upstairs master bedroom has a Cal King, downstairs master bedroom has a Queen, downstairs 3rd bedroom has 2 Queens. The 2 downstairs bedrooms also have access to their own Lanais.

Location
Waimea is on the West "dry" side of the island with very little rain and great beaches. Within a 15-20 minutes drive, you have access to the top beaches on the Big Island, several shopping districts, multiple golf courses, the Wednesday Waimea Farmers market, and dozens of local restaurants. Costco, Target and Walmart are all accessible in Kailua.

Great house for 3 couples and 2 children. Each bedroom has an awesome en suite. Lots of room for everyone to be together as a group or to take some down time. Great kitchen, perfect layout etc. 5 minute walk to the pool which was never busy. Short drive to the beach club. Close to area attractions. Short walk to shopping, grocery store and Tommy’s. Lots of pool / beach toys, chairs and coolers in the garage. The only thing that could be improved upon would be the deck furniture. The outside kitchen was great

The home was well stocked, immaculately clean and the host was super responsive. The layout was perfect for our 2 small families. The en suite in every bedroom was great and the rooms our super spacious. The only thing missing was a good supply of beach accessories and bikes that we’ve had in previous properties in HI. You can rent most anything though so it didn’t diminish our trip in the slightest but something to keep in mind and prepare for. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was well situated and sunny every single day. It was an easy and beautiful drive to Black Sand beach and volcano parks. I wish we had more time to explore the island. The beach was great for snorkeling and getting sun. The property was in great shape and it was larger than expected.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

For a supposed luxury property; no toaster oven, regular toaster broken,bbq was clean, but ran out of propane before finish, one roll of paper towel, one television worked, had to call twice for arrival codes on day of, no description of facilities, shopping, etc at property. Just average quality furniture,no outdoor furniture at lower leval, cushions upstairs were very thin, spices only (no other food items) We understood covid could have been the reason, but all of that should have been pointed out. This was our fourth time in this development and far and away the worst!

Huge home with lots space. Cooperative host allowed us to drop our groceries early as we were moving from another hotel. Condo is exactly as described in listing. Would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our whole family! Pool and fitness center just a couple blocks away. The private beach access is a drive in the car away from house, but very nice. Beds were very comfortable and lanai was great for morning bird watching. We would stay here again. Only complaint is stovetop was very inconsistent, made a lot of beeping noises, and hard to turn on sometimes.

Very comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Very roomy for 4-6 people. Patio furniture was very nice looking, but very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great rental.
