Views!! End unit with great views. The unit was perfect lots of space, as we had a group of 14 (not staying in our unit lol) all fit nicely for a gathering! Would book this unit again..

We have stayed at unit 513 several times over the years. We discovered it in 1997 and loved it . Our last stay for 28 days was disappointing. The unit was not cleaned well upon our arrival and the carpets were filthy, it has has deteriorated over the years and is need of some serious updating. Floors are damaged and the finish is worn away in several places, bathroom grout is dirty and discoloured, coffee maker is several years old and is stained. The kitchen cabinets don’t look like the pictures anymore and are in need of repair. The bedroom linens are old and worn out . They were the same navy blue sheets we had several years ago and not cotton. The owner definitely has NOT put any money into keeping up the standards that most people expect considering the price asked. We love the Sugar Beach but will look for a better keep unit next time we visit in 2023.

What a great place with an unbelievable view of the beach and the sunset. There could be some updating and a little better cleaning, but nothing too bad. Unit does have beach chairs, but only 3 so someone has to sit in the sand. One of the boogie boards is broken as well. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!
