The condo is well equipped and in a great location. Felt our family of 3 (2 adults and a 5 year old) had everything we needed to really enjoy our vacation. The condo complex is well kept with beautiful grounds and a great pool with a view. I appreciated the peace and quiet as it is removed from the busier louder Kihei.
Well maintained and updated property. Nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The main issue we had was with road noise as this unit backs on to a busy corner. Could also have used some cleaning supplies
for cleaning the kitchen floor, a vacuum is not adequate for this. A spare set of sheets for the bed would also have been nice.
My family stayed here in February, and it was just perfect!

Property was well kept with plenty of everything from beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and stuff to enjoy the beach. Plenty of space for relaxing and a nicely furnished lanai. Ceiling fans and a/c worked well for those occasions you needed a little more comfort. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
Exactly as advertised. Very clean. We had an outstanding time.
The property was as described in the listing and more. Clean and comfortable with all we needed for our family vacation. The large lanai with comfortable seating, dinner table and grill were enjoyed in our stay. Unit is a corner side of the property and very private. Traffic noise from street is mostly during weekday commute hours (early mornings and late afternoon), but otherwise we enjoyed more the songbirds than neighborhood noise when seating outside. The location was perfect for our favorite Wailea activities: snorkeling in Makena beach (turtle town), swimming in the pool and sunset walks on the nearby beach boardwalk. We would come back again.

The posting states that the property has air conditioning, but it in reality, there are major limitations on the air conditioning. There is only an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, and you can only use it a couple hours or the AC unit will leak water. The living room and kitchen area had a ceiling fan and one other fan, which was also not included in the posting. I booked this property because the posting said it had air conditioning. My mother does not handle heat very well, so air conditioning is necessary to prevent heat exhaustion. The posting needed to include the limitations of the air conditioning to properly inform guests. If I would have been properly informed, I would not have booked this property.
The property also was not very clean. We wiped commonly touched areas upon arrival, and the surfaces were dirty. The kitchen counter had crumbs and food stuck to the counter. There was pubic hair on and around the toilet, which we cleaned up. We also saw several bugs in the approximately 15 minutes we spent at the property. I have stayed at several rental properties in Hawaii, so I am accustomed to seeing bugs and geckos. But I saw more bugs in 15 minutes than I did in my previous week-long stays. We did not inspect the linens or other areas, but there may have been evidence of poor cleaning if we would have looked prior to our departure from the property. Overall, the cleanliness of this property was disappointing.
Due to the misrepresentation and lack of cleanliness at this property, we left to find new accommodations approximately 15 minutes after our arrival. We did not stay the night. The primary reason for finding new accommodations was to prevent my mother from getting heat exhaustion during our stay without reliable air conditioning, which was not included in the posting.
I contacted the host, but never received a response addressing my concerns. I am disappointed by the host. I will not book another property managed by this host.
