Modest property had the basic needs. Not fancy but great location.

The view from the balcony is everything you could ask for. Don’t know that it could be beat. Pullout sofa was old school with the metal bar/springs digging into your back. Bed was not sleepable.

The view from the balcony is everything you could ask for. Don’t know that it could be beat. Pullout sofa was old school with the metal bar/springs digging into your back. Bed was not sleepable.

The place is generally well kept. View is amazing. Nice welcome package and Welker grounds. Could benefit from having some general cleaning supplies and at minimum a small cooler would have been nice. Overall though, a nice apartment.
What really needs improvement are the bed linen and pillows. Blood stains, dingy, and just generally old and needing replacement. Pillows were flat and old and stained. Gross comforter on the bed.

All experience was great. Having a cooler was great. I wish there was a beach umbrella too. Locking the door by code was very convenient. The pool and the jacuzzi were nice. The kitchen was great.

Very lovely could use a newer mattress and couch pull out mattress. Did not have hot water in shower for a few days but they obtained the part and fixed it. Could use some beach chairs.
