This little condo packs a big punch! All of the thoughtful extras were a pleasant surprise. From beach chairs and coolers to laundry detergent and extra towels. And my daughter loved the chocolate macadamia treat left for us. Thank you for a lovely stay! Being so close to the beach (easy walking distance) and restaurants was perfect for us! So much to see and do on Maui and this condo is right in the heart of it all!! And it doesn’t hurt that The Cinnamon Roll Place is also super close! Thank you Sonia!
My best friend and I needed a getaway! Although it was short, it was just what we needed! We will come back!
I couldn’t recommend this place more! Cozy (not a massive space) but for the three of us spending most of our time out and about, it was perfect. There is still a full kitchen & A/C units in every room though (if you are planning a long stay), with (most memorably in my opinion), an amazing view (and 5-minute walk to the water). These condos are an absolute find because you get so much more than you pay for. Also the host was very responsive and accommodating. We had no issues during our stay and would return anytime!
Great property, quiet, well maintained, well equipped kitchen with lots of extras. Really enjoyed the convenience of the beach chairs, umbrella, soft and hard cooler. Location is very convenient.

Besides a little confusion about the check in time, owner's emails said 3PM, VRBO's emails said 4PM, our whole stay was wonderful. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and other basics.
Our only challenge was where to put our wet towels after a shower. With four of us staying there, there needed to be more than one towel bar. Perhaps a hook or two, or even a towel bar installed in the bedrooms would be helpful. We draped them over hangers in the closet, but then needed to keep the closet doors open to allow the towels to dry. No place to hang a hand towel, either. The towel situation would not deter us from staying there again, however.
Sitting on the patio in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds, watching the wild chickens, catching a glimpse of the community cats, and spotting lizards was a highlight. There are a few beaches within a short walking distance and the other desirable beaches are a short 10 minute drive.
I hope we get to visit Maui again someday and that we can stay in this same condo!

Sonia is a very sweet lady and was so nice when we arrived. She is a great individual I could tell right away. I recommend her. I however had a terrible couple of times due to the neighbors, very very rude. Hard to enjoy myself and family. We are good people and it’s a shame we had to deal with somebody that has a wicked attitude.
I spent 5 quiet weeks. The residents and guests take noise seriously, which I like and needed. The location is less than 5 minute walk to the north end of the wailea beaches, making for some nice walks, sunsets and boogy boarding. The building is well shaded, and I almost never had to use the air conditioning. The condo is an adequate size for up to 4 people and tastefully decorated and well supplied. The kitchen cabinets appeared fairly new. I communicated with Sonia the owner a few times and found her very friendly and responsive. Parking is very close for one spot and only another 50 feet for a second vehicle. The unit is ground level. I considered the nightly rate an average value. I'm a frequent Maui visitor, and overall was pleased with the condition, location and cost in comparison to other condos in this area. I would recommend it.
