The space was absolutely gorgeous and clean inside and out! We were able to relax in the living spaces, enjoy privacy in the spacious bedrooms, and COOK with very little inconvenience. There was a blender, Instapot, toaster, toaster oven, 2 microwaves, oven, large fridge, and even a mixer. The only issue we had was communication with the manager of the place. We reached out via the communication they requested (email and phone), but they never responded to our query.

No instructions for using ceiling fan remotes, dishwasher, tv remotes, our toilets flushed when upstairs flushed theirs, beach equipment was hidden in a stuffed closet which was too messy to deal with, cockroaches in the kitchen, the smell of sewer was constant and we did report to the office about the flushing toilets. Upstairs tenants footsteps sounded like thundering herds.
This property is even better than the listing. The beach is closer than it looks in the pics with the gentle sounds of waves crashing. We enjoyed the beach several times in our town back yard. The tropical walk to both Lava Lava Beach Club next door and Coconut Market was so convenient. We hade breakfast and dinner with live entertainment a few times with amazing food. Coconut market provided everything we needed from good bbq to pizza and fresh baked goods. So many shops to visit with lots of locally made items.
We went Kayaking up the river to the secret falls which was so much fun. This place is centrally located making island travel very easy. Be sure and hit up the Kountry Kitchen just down the road for breakfast!
The condo was exactly as described with updated everything. It was perfect for our two couples with lots of room and comfort. Big thumbs up from Kentucky!

Our family of four (two teenagers) loved our 8 day stay. Perfect location for exploring the north and south side of the island yet so close to all conveniences. The kids walked to Coconut Marketplace several times a day to get shave ice! 😊 The grounds were immaculate, the pool was wonderful and the unit was so nicely upgraded and decorated.
Check in was an absolute breeze and the unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler. The property manager was so responsive to questions and concerns and acted almost immediately to address them. I very much appreciated that level of care. We will definitely be back!
My family and I loved our time at Lae Nani! The proeprty was beautiful, the lanai had gorgeously views of the grounds and ocean, and everything was just as described on the listing. Communication with the property manager was amazing, and the unit had everything we needed to have a great vacation. We would definitely stay again!
The property was beautifully landscaped with a very nice beach on property.Nice swimming pool and plenty of chase lounge to relax in at the pool or on the grass area in front of the beach.The condo is nicely furnished with plenty of room and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and BBQ is close to the unit. The property is in a prime location. We will rent this place again
This condo was a perfect location with a picturesque view of the ocean. Comfortable for all 4 of us. Would highly recommend.

This property was beautiful and quiet. The view from our balcony was like a postcard. One day I let everyone else go off and do their strenuous activities while I just lounged on the balcony and enjoyed the view all day, and considered it a day well spent! The unit was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Restaurants and shops in easy walking distance (especially after we discovered the path from our beach). The location in Kapa’a gives easy access to the airport and the north and south shores of the island.
We were thrilled to have an oceanfront condo in Kauai. It was so quiet and beautiful, with its own swimmable beach, and in short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was incredibly well-outfitted in terms of kitchen, TVs, towels and beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again!
I loved how the property was secure clean and beautiful. The rooms were beautiful also. I will definitely be coming back here when i come back to visit.
