We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice ...

Photos showcase the space well; it was clean and nicely updated. Beautiful decor, lots of storage and a comfortable spot to rest. The Ilikai hotel is nicely situated in walking distance to Waikiki and well maintained.
A couple pieces of feedback:
- Bed was quite creaky with no box spring and sank when you laid on it.
- Shampoo rack in bathroom is rusting and could use to be updated. Seemed out of place with how clean and updated the rest of the apartment was
Check in and check out was easy with the keypad. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a great stay. There were issues with the AC unit and tv, but the team was responsive and fixed the situation.

This property has amazing views of the ocean and marina day and night. Easy access to the brach. Great location with a short walk to the Kalakaua Ave strip and Ala Moana Center.
