Are you ready to experience paradise? Embark on a chic island escape at our 1-bedroom Waikiki Banyan condo in Honolulu. This beach-themed haven promises a laid-back and stylish getaway. For your convenience and comfort, revel in this air-conditioned condo with an open floor plan, and a fully equipped kitchen with a trendy countertop and four bar stools. Relax in the king-size bed in the bedroom and unwind in the living area with a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa and a 50'' Samsung Smart TV. The full bathroom with a shower/tub combo adds the finishing touch.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities, which are located on each floor and are coin-operated.
And as if all that wasn't enough, the huge recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan offers a large pool, jet spa, sauna, gas BBQ, and children's playground.
***PLEASE NOTE:
ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT:
From April 22, 2024, all elevators at Waikiki Banyan will undergo complete replacement. Each tower will have 1 elevator replaced at a time. During this period, there will be 3 elevators in operation instead of 4, leading to potentially longer wait times.
DECK RENOVATION NOTICE:
The building's recreation deck, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7th, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. ***
THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F).
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
