You can walk to the St. Regis for dinner or drinks, or go down the steps to the pool bar or a first class beach. Also you can smile when you see people come and go looking for a spot in the 6 parking places for Hideaway Beach the best beach on the Island, whose trail head is directly across the street from your door!!! The home is minutes away from anything you want or need including a supermarket, shops, hiking, helicopter tours, horse back riding, golf, paddle and surf board rentals, library, spas and restaurants, etc.

Right outside its windows you will find breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls, tropical flora and Bali Hai on the Pacific Ocean. You can dine out, or use our pots and pans in the fully equipped kitchen to make your favorite foods at home. Finally, you will never forget the time spent on the shaded deck, or patio, with its spectacular views, enjoying your favorite snack or beverage with your friends or family!

The villa was an excellent place to stay for our time in Princeville. Hideaway beach is right across the street and it is a true connivence when you watch everyone else wait for a parking place. We took advantage of all the activities in the Princeville area and the location of the villa was perfect. It had all the amenities you could ask for at a VRBO.

Booked this property for its location and we weren’t disappointed. It was clean, comfortable and had good amenities. Some minor issues: no curtain/window covering on master sliding door to balcony so very bright in the morning and no privacy if others went onto the shared balcony. Master ensuite shower tap continually dripped and the door to the toilet/shower area was very hard to close.

very well appointed kitchen. sharp knives, very nice pot sets plus nonstick skillet set. just couple minor suggestions: more and bigger microwavable mugs, a colander
